Wow! Five stars all around. Dinner and dessert options were fantastic. I recommend the lamb and the sticky toffee pudding. Both were so good. Environment is obviously amazing as well! I would come back here.

Obviously, the atmosphere, being a former church, is without rivals. And as you can expect, the staff is great at everything they do. But honestly? we return here time after time for the food. This may just be the best restaurant we've eaten at in Ireland, and it fully deserves the reputation it has. Everything, from the drinks, to the bread, to the starters, to the mains, to the deserts, is top quality and leaves you wanting for more. In conclusion: highly recommended. *While the menu changes over time, we've found that the sticky toffee pudding is always on the menu, and it is superb.

We spontaneously stopped there for dinner and were delighted: the food, ambiance, and service were perfect!

We've been to Chez Hans a few times now, and it never disappoints. The food is consistently excellent—beautifully prepared, full of flavour, and clearly crafted with real skill. The setting is lovely, and the service is always top-notch.

I recommend everyone to go there including Italians because the location is beautiful, the food is excellent, the bathrooms are clean and the staff is attentive. It is an above average restaurant but not exaggerated in prices, the only flaw is the short wine list but it also depends on the tastes of the Irish and perhaps because I am a sommelier I would recommend aged wines that if not sold do not lose value, perhaps they will be bought the following year In any case excellent, absolutely worth trying

Excellent cuisine, beautifully presented and in sufficient quantity. The setting is very pleasant, and the only downside was the bill, which was over €60 in error. This was corrected and refunded with numerous apologies but without any offer of compensation for the inconvenience. A shame. A simple complimentary tea or coffee would have been nice.

Beautiful setting to eat an exceptional seasonal menu. Quality ingredients / quality service and a relaxed formal dining experience make this gem a firm favourite of mine.
