Intimate busy restaurant with a cost atmosphere and tasty pastries

We happened across this spot as we were passing through. Skibbereen is a charming town (and name!) and, on top of that, the idea of a converted church seemed perfect for lunch. Our host and the wait staff were friendly, and the lunch outstanding. I had the smoked salmon salad, and the chef went above and beyond to include a nice variety of elements with the greens; the Marie Rose sauce was a perfect touch. Another of our party pronounced the soup and bread to be out of this world. There are so many things on the menu that looked tempting; we hope to be back some day!

Fantastic Young Team, they have fun and jouy at work. May it is the spirit of the building 😉 All are very polite and have as well a good eye on the Business
