Clock Tavern in Westport

A great pub for all kinds of live music

Very fun bar. Fantastic bar servers and great live Irish Trad music!

Called in yesterday just for one drink and ended up staying for the whole night! Padraig behind the bar was incredibly welcoming from the moment we arrived. He let us know there was live music starting soon and said it was well worth staying for—and he wasn’t wrong. The music was brilliant and created a fantastic atmosphere. A big thanks to Padraig for his friendly service and hospitality. He really made us feel welcome. We’ll definitely be back the next time we’re in Westport. Highly recommend!

Great bands, you sometimes have to wait a while to get a pint

Hi just want to say back from a great weekend in Westport. Went to Clock Tavern for my nieces hen party.Padraig the head bar man and his colleagues looked after us so well from when we arrived Friday evening. Could not do enough. Thank you so much. Highly recommend it Catherine McDermott

We had an afternoon snack here twice during our holiday in Westport. It was very busy on both occaisions with a mix of tourists and locals. The Salmon Rillette was probably the best thing we ate on our holiday and there was stiff competition.

Excellent venue for any size group. The atmosphere, hospitality, service and staff were absolutely fantastic. We couldn't have asked for better. Highly recommend this venue for a group gathering or party occasion.

We want to say a huge thank you to everyone in the clock tavern. A large group of 20 of us on a hen party arrived earlier on in the day for a dance class in the back area. We had a lot of bits with us and it was no problem at all, they were so accommodating and happy for us to stay past our time when there was no booking until later after us. In the evening we arrived back and had booked an area out the back. The manager/bartender was so accommodating checking on us and every staff member was very friendly. He made sure we were accommodated and when he could cleared an area in the front to fit us all in near the music. We had the best time, and our bride loved every minute of it! The singer was absolutely amazing and happy to play anything the group requested! The bouncer on the door was also brilliant and so friendly advising where we could go when they were closing up. Thanks so much for the best time, it really made our weekend .
