Nice bar, but rather expensive.

Mussel dish and pint of Guinness i would highly recommend

Great atmosphere and craic. A short distance from the Quay, walkable. Lovely on a winter's day for a pint or two.

Had hake in beer batter, was definitely the best fish I have ever eaten, cooked perfectly. Staff were friendly, atmosphere cosy in the snug. Prices good dinner, dessert, alcoholic drink and tip €40 per head. Will definitely be back. We'll done everyone.

Just had a delightful meal in the Sheebeen. Lovely food, nice atmosphere in a warm and pleasant bar. First class all round.

We go here every year, this year it wasnt as good as previous times. Chicken has a 20 min wait - which is completely fine, but the potatoes served (gratin) were lukewarm at best. Streak came out cold, had to hand back, for nearly 40e a steak youd expect better. Didnt have dessert, didnt want to be disappointed further. Just on the reply - we actually had a booking for 8pm, we did come early approx 735ish and we told staff that we didnt mind waiting. We specifically booked the snugg area, which since we were early had to be setup. But again we told staff that we were early and didnt mind waiting. We were facilitated which we thanked the staff for.
