Cronin's Sheebeen in Westport

Top experience - superb seafood, kind staff and vibrant atmosphere! The oysters couldn't be any fresher (straight from the sea to our plates!), the scallops were the best I have ever eated (gave me goosebumps, no joke!) and both the ray and the pork belly were just pure perfection. If I could go beyond 5 star rating, I would - really a place that redefines what a fish can taste like. Thank you very much for an unforgettable evening!

We stopped in for a nightcap after a long day of traveling. Owner served us himself and regaled us with stories of local history and as well as current news topics. Truly an ambassador for all things magical about Westport!

Good food in this upgraded traditional family run bar and Restaurant near the Quays in Westport Harbour. I miss the old fire.
