What a fabulous place! Left myself short for time and was in kinda hurry to see the house. Liked that history posts were long enough to remember, but not overdone. Amazing staff. Amazing grounds to enjoy the walk. Definitely will be back as it is so worth visiting. ❤

We didn't go into the house this time around. We just took a walk around the grounds, and it was lovely. There was a coffee cart on site, and the coffee and hot chocolate were really nice, with plenty of seating and toilets in the area. Loads of parking, and we look forward to coming back in the summer.

Gaming zone party review: Had a birthday party for 8yo boy in the gaming zone. In general, the gaming aspect is good fun and can be pretty physical so will use up some energy! You will need some supervision to help kids read the instructions for each game (depending on ages), choose no. of players and level of difficulty (my gang had little patience for this 😁). You get 90min for party which is quite a long time - kids took breaks every 15-20mins but there are a few other games to play. Kids hot food, and drinks included (bring your own cake/ party bags if wanted). Staff managing gaming area and food service were all fantastic, helpful and attentive. Kids spent time in free outdoor playground too after the party - bonus! Of note: this venue is upstairs so disappointingly it's not accessible to all. The rooms can get quite noisy - with excitement levels and echo - be aware if noise sensitive.

Well worth a visit if in the area. Area is seasonal as some things are closed over winter due to being water sports. New area coming looks like it will be fun. Only disappointment was the eating areas were not open when we visited.

The place looked really great. Have to be honest though, we were there for around 11 am and there was no atmosphere...most elves weren't engaged, no water in the hook a duck game, no one manning games, dry colouring markers, no music in the arts and crafts building... Really sorry to say this, but it's not free, a lot of very shy elves who just didn't seem to feel like they mattered, when for the kids they are all that does matter...big house looked great and Ms. Clause was good fun...

Fantastic Christmas experience for all the kids...we had group ranged from 2 to 8 yrs old and all equally enjoyed it. It's a beautiful place on a summer's day also.

We visited Westporrt House Winter Wonderland with our 2 year old son. Would really recommend a visit. Very well managed and we never felt under any pressure, even when we met the man himself and our young lad was a little scared at first. The train ride down from Tinsel Town to Westport House was very enjoyable and the warm punch was very nice. Overall very happy, ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
