Charm, folklore, and character abound in this luxurious Irish bar located in the Octagon, in the heart of Westport. The venue is a little gem in a warm atmosphere. It's filled with objects and photos from times gone by, shoes, and various utensils. The food is unique and delicious, refined yet simple in its ingredients. The beers are also good, along with a good wine list. The venue also has outdoor seating, hosts music evenings, and is a great place to watch live sports. Definitely worth a try.

We got right in and sat down. The staff was inviting and the atmosphere was pretty great. I recommend the chicken burger with spicy mayo. It hit the spot! It's really hard to choose from all the restaurants in town, but I'd put Cobbler's on my top five. What was also great was the kids' menu. We have somewhat of a scared eater, but the chicken goujons were the perfect selection.

Ich habe mir hier eine kleine Pause gegönnt während meines Stadtbummels. Dank Sonne konnte ich draussen sitzen und habe ich mit für die frittierten Scampi mit Fries entschieden. Und es war das Beste, was ich während meines Urlaubs gegessen habe. Insbesondere die Fries wurden wirklich frisch zubereitet und waren kross. Die Scampis waren genauso lecker und der dazu gereichte Dip einfach perfekt.
Die Bedienung war sehr nett und es ging alles sehr zügig.

Located on the centre of Westport great for people watching. We sat outside for a couple of hours enjoying cold beer, the sunshine and watching the world go by.
