Cobbler's Bar in Westport

Cobbler's bar is a great place to eat, have a drink and listen to music, including informal bands that come to play during the week.

The food was delicious, but very expensive.

Fish & chips, but the batter was raw and thick, couldn't eat it

Its ok. Nothing to rave about. Chowder was OK, avocado wrap was fine and mussels were so covered in sauce you couldn't tell what you were eating. At the time we ate, it was quiet and peaceful but I imagine it gets busier at times. When it came to settling the bill. Had to go sorting ourselves out as none of the staff were around.

Stopped off here for some lunch on Saturday 27 December. Lovely cosy bar. Had a southern fried chicken wrap & it was absolutely delicious. Nicest chicken wrap I've had anywhere in a long time! My sister had a goat's cheese salad that equally looked delicious. Will definitely be back.

Friendly, warm atmosphere in the bar/restaurant. Delicious food. Clean bathrooms. Picturesque location on the square.
