Enjoyed are evening so much we returned for a 2nd night. Annette behind the bar was attentive and fun to chat with. Loved the West Wind duo with the pipes. Well poured drinks and cozy atmosphere!

A fantastic atmosphere in this traditional pub with live music every night (see website). Lots of regulars and a few tourists. Impeccable service! Children welcome until 9 pm 👍

This was the only place we saw that had early (~6:30pm) music on a Thursday in January. The music wasn't at all traditional Irish, but the crowd was having a great time and the singer was eager and enthusiastic. The drinks are reasonable and the bar is lovely. There were plenty of locals and they seemed to love the place, and we had several good chats with lovely people.

18/07/2026: Excellent, friendly service from start to finish. The appetizer and both main courses were beautifully presented, simply decorated. The plates were piping hot, and the food was excellent! A highly recommended spot.
13/07/2026: Very nice restaurant with very fresh pasta, I would recommend not having food at least 5 hours before to make sure it doesn't feel heavy. My favourite was the cheese truffle ravioli. I recommend making a reservation before.

02/07/2026: Wow! Wow! Wow! The food, the wine, the ambience, the host!!! A hidden gem up an alley way. So glad we found it.
22/06/2026: Love this cafe. The quality and the selection of food is fabulous and changes regularly. This time we had Zucchini Fritters with romesco, cashew cheese, Orzo and herb salad and it was absolutely delicious. We make a point of stopping off here whenever we are traveling via the M18 and every time (which is quite a few over the years)it has been worth the minor detour. Highly recommend this cafe and it's lovely staff.
