Cosy Joe's in Westport

Went on a Wednesday night when they are not usually open, so was almost empty, but it had a good vive. Good music and lovely atmosphere. Service was good and drinks were good too. Kitchen was shut and we didn't have any food. Lovely cosy seats and will be a good place for a nice night out.

Certainly lives up to its name with lots o comfy seating areas. Plenty of TVs around for those wanting to watch rugby, football etc. Cant comment on the food as we were only there for drinks.

Popped in here over the Christmas. It’s cosy and welcoming with really excellent service. However, the food…. The fish and chips, as described on the menu, sounded delicious but the reality was not. The batter was heavy and soggy and it was difficult to locate the fish therein. I’ve honestly had better from Macari’s. Maybe it was just a bad time/day but it wasn’t up to even a reasonable standard. Otherwise, it’s a bar I’d happily spend an evening in.

Great pub to eat and drink in Westpost. Fast and attentive service. Very good food with excellent quality-price ratio. Highly recommended!!! We will repeat.
