Beautiful, cozy atmosphere, incredibly friendly service, and delicious food. Highly recommend!

Fantastic experience start to finish from being greeted at the door to the quality of food. We had the shepherds pie and the beef special and both were absolutely delicious. The staff is super helpful as well. Definitely come when you’re in Killarney but reserve in advance.

I only had one night in Killarney with my family as we were doing a tour. We stayed at a hotel across the street from Cronin’s. We were very fortunate to be able to get a table for 6 just walking off the street. The table was reserved for a group at 8:00 and we slid in around 6:30. Four of our group ordered the Shepherd’s Pie. I was hesitant to do so as I’ve never had one that wowed me. I ordered a pasta dish which was scrumptious. My sister who ordered the shepherd’s pie offered me a taste. With that I have become a convert to this dish! It was more flavorful than any other version I’ve ever tasted. The seasonings were perfect, the texture of the meat and the mashed potatoes also were the best. If only I had this recipe! I must visit Ireland again soon.

Excellent food (Shepherds pie was the standout menu item), reasonable prices, and friendly service (they went out of their way to help celebrate my parent’s anniversary). Stop by earlier in the day if you hope to get a reservation for the evening as it fills up!

my review is a little late, however I have not stopped day dreaming about the dinner we had at Cronin's back in March. We were lucky enough to be recommended this spot by a staff of our hotel around the corner. I live in the U.S and have been pining for the local fish fare since March. The service was top notch, especially after a long travel day, it made us feel like we were being welcomed into someone's home and fed a hot meal. The sticky toffee pudding was remarkable as well. until we return, I shall continue daydreaming about another dinner at Cronins.

We had a lovely dinner here with family that were visting from the US. The staff were warm and the food was beautiful. Fantastic service, and nice relaxed atmosphere. They were patient with the kids and we all had a lovely time. Looking forward to our next visit.

Absolutely gorgeous dinner! We got in ~45 mins before they closed, and once in there was no rush or pressure put on us. One of the best meals we've had in ages, and the desserts were lovely as well. Gorgeous brown bread to start.

Great food, good beer and extremely competent staff, would gladly come again.
