Crown Bar in Wexford

I suppose I could say what everyone else would say that it was a lovley place with great staff and mention its great menu and outstanding food etc but I'm sorry I'll just have to agree with everyone else ,it was a really smashing place and would recommend it whenever your in this part of Ireland...just brilliant.

Really unpleasant microwaved sausages in a supposedly Yorkshire Pudding. Sloppy vegetables, far too much mash, okay sausages. Avoid.

To conclude our trip to Ireland, we wanted to have dinner and drinks in a pub and listen to live music. The Crown Bar isn't just a simple pub; it's a bit larger, with an outdoor area. The food was okay, and the service was good. After initially being told there wouldn't be any live music that Thursday evening, a young man surprisingly appeared and played live music, and he did it very well. All in all, highly recommended.

We hosted an event at the crown recently and I can’t recommend it enough. The staff were so friendly and accommodating. They genuinely went above and beyond to make sure we had the best night. Food and drinks were amazing as well!

Monday Night, first time in Wexford and there was not much open, nearly left and drove elsewhere but so glad we didnt. This is a gem and the food was amazing. We had a drink each, a ceasar salad, smashed burger, bangers and mash and fish and chips. Everyone loved their food and i can honestly say the battered haddock was the best i've ever had. Staff were friendly and service was above expectation too.
