Obviously a well liked pub. We were in Wexford for a next morning ferry, we only drank no food. Good service.

Review Overall Rating: 4 / 5 Service: 5 / 5 | Atmosphere: 5 / 5 We recently visited for dinner and had a overall positive experience, with enough highlight dishes to warrant a return visit. For starters, I had the duck spring rolls, which were absolutely beautiful and set a high expectation for the rest of the meal. For mains, my partner ordered the special fish of the day, while I opted for the BBQ plate, accompanied by a side of rustic-style chips. The main course, unfortunately, had some consistency issues with temperature. My partner enjoyed the flavor of the fish, but the accompanying sauce was served like warm. On my BBQ plate, the chicken breast was very nice, and the wings were decent, but the ribs were a disappointment—they arrived stone cold and lacked flavor. On a positive note, the chips were fantastic: lovely, rustic, and cooked to absolute perfection. To finish, my partner had the tiramisu, which was exceptional—the perfect blend of creaminess and sponge. What really saved the evening was the overall ambiance and the outstanding service. The staff were exceptionally friendly, attentive, and welcoming throughout. The menu pricing is completely justified if the all the food was as good as the food that was very good—the elements of the meal that were good were very enjoyable. Because of the wonderful service, atmosphere, we would gladly give it another chance in hopes of a more consistent experience across all dishes.

Wow. We had the most beautiful food last night I’m a coeliac and the menu was fantastic for me I had a Beef & Guiness stew (gluten free)that was just amazing & so much of it. My husband had Fish & Chips he said it was really gorgeous portion sizes were great. We had a couple of drinks and wine choice was excellent. The value was absolutely brilliant the staff couldn’t have been nicer and so accommodating giving the whole place a friendly warm feeling. I’m raging only found it on our last night because I know I wouldn’t have went anywhere else.

The Thomas Moore was a very good experience overall. I got the chicken burger and chips which was lovely and our server Stuart couldn’t be any more attentive and helpful.
