Very cozy pub, conveniently right next to Galway train station. Fair prices, very nice bar staff, that's how it should be in the pub.

Just wanted to compliment Paddy at Darcys bar, he was so friendly, so accomodating and is a great ambassador for being a great barman in Galway, he was also very funny, my 3 friends and I had a great laugh with him last night, well done Paddy đź‘Ź

The Galleon Restaurant

25/04/2025: We went a few days ago to eat there and the truth is that we really liked everything. The staff is very friendly, the food was very tasty and the menu selection is wonderfully good. We tried the lasagna and the beef stew and both the preparation and the presentation did not disappoint us at all. The prices are typical for the area.
19/04/2025: Tasty food, friendly staff, a real home from home. One star off as my stew wasn’t very hot. But it was tasty.
