One of our favorite, if not THE favorite, pubs in Galway. Taps are plentiful, people are friendly and it has a great vibe.

Very fun on a Friday night in July, it wasn’t too crowded! I thought it was funny that the musician playing stopped right on time and got the heck out of there. Anyway, it was good time!

Very cozy pub, conveniently right next to Galway train station. Fair prices, very nice bar staff, that's how it should be in the pub.

Just wanted to compliment Paddy at Darcys bar, he was so friendly, so accomodating and is a great ambassador for being a great barman in Galway, he was also very funny, my 3 friends and I had a great laugh with him last night, well done Paddy 👏

28/07/2025: We've eaten there Sunday evening,we were 2 people: the food quality was great and worth the money(cottage pie excellent and creamy), desserts are top Notch. Little cons for the seats there were a little small ( maybe for our size :) )
23/07/2025: Absolutely fantastic food! Definitely worth a visit if you are in Salthill! So much choice from the menu to suit all the family! Highly recommend.

29/07/2025: Good Full Irish Breakfast inkluding tea or coffee. Vegitarian options and kids options available aswell.
28/07/2025: Love this place always come here when I can the salmon bagel is fantastic and my kids love it here too . The portions are really good and the value is exceptional . I would recommend this place for breakfast and lunch . Shout out to Silvia best customer service ever .
