Kirbys of Cross Street in Galway

Really loved it - only thing was we wanted to order dessert but couldn’t get seen so didn’t bother in the end.

THE best strip sirloin I have ever had. The garlic butter, cooked perfectly, bacon, and pearl onions. Paul Hollywood could not have put together a better combo. This was a meal of pure bliss. I wanted more and sadly forgot my 2nd stomach. The roasted chicken was very nice. Slightly overcooked however still tasty. The layered potatoe was very interesting. Lamination layers like I've never seen. I highly recommend Kirby's. It was well worth it.

Went here twice on my trip to Galway, the food was excellent, and they had a great gluten free menu (the gluten free fish and chips were amazing). Price was fair. Service was increadibly friendly. 10/10 reccoment.

We came here without a reservation. But we were seated immediately. We had 3 different people taking care of us throughout the night. Outstanding customer service!!! The food was absolutely wonderful. 1 seafood dish and 1 vegetarian dish. Both were lovely! This is definitely the best dinner we've had in Ireland yet! Trust me, make a reservation and be ready to be spoiled. Kudos to the shorthanded staff that were rock stars throughout the evening! We will be back!

Nice quiet place for a dinner with ambient music and little crowd. The food was great and staff were perfect. Big portions as well.

It has a super peaceful atmosphere, on a side street off the main road. The food is delicious and plentiful, the lovely girls give great advice, and they even served us in Spanish, thanks to one of them being from Valencia. Definitely a place I recommend... Leave a tip, don't be stingy! 🤣🤣
