Best breakfast in Galway. Get there early, otherwise you'll have to queue.

Dela impresses with its modern yet warm ambiance, creating an instantly welcoming atmosphere. The dishes are fresh, creative, and delicious, lovingly prepared and attractively presented. The service is friendly and attentive, ensuring a thoroughly enjoyable experience. A lovely place for a relaxing evening or a special occasion.

Had the chicken benny and bloody Mary. An incredible brunch , could not fault it. Would highly recommended

Had eggs Benedict and bacon pancakes. Good quality food. Pancakes come with some maple syrup on the side and a drizzle of berry jam, wasn’t enough syrup felt a little dry for my taste. Got extra syrup for 2€. Ordered side of sausages, they were okay. It’s a very good place if compared to other restaurants in Galway.

There's a bit of a wait, but it's worth it. I ordered Eggs Benedict with bacon and sausages, plus orange juice. Aside from the sausages, which I didn't particularly like, everything else was delicious. The potatoes were great, and the bacon was perfect. The orange juice was clearly freshly squeezed, and the service was excellent. A fantastic experience at Dela.

We ended up here looking for vegan breakfast options. The menu is a bit confusing at first: it states that changes are not possible, but the friendly waiter then told us that almost everything can be prepared vegan. The breakfast burrito and sandwiches are highly recommended. Arrive early or be prepared to wait!

Very very large breakfast An option for a mini breakfast would be welcome. Staff helpful, friendly and informative on the food. Queue on arrival, seated within 5 mins. Quick service and nobody hovering waiting on you to leave. Highly recommended.
