We decided we would like a bit of “irish” food, so decided to try the Dingle Pub. Everything was great!! We had a good yummy Shepherds Pie. Friendly staff and food service.

We wanted to listen to some live music on our first night in Dingle. This pub sounded lively so we walked in and got a table. We had some pints and some typical Irish fare while we listened to some great live Irish music. Our server David was excellent and we asked him about whether or not we should stay to see the Irish dancing, he laughed. Turns out, his parents own the pub and HE is the world famous Irish dance champion! We moved closer to the bar where he would be dancing and other than a pretty long wait and more pints than we needed to drink, we stayed the night to watch him dance. He was amazing and fun with the crowd. It is great when an ordinary night turns into something special.

Paul Geaney's Bar

24/04/2025: At its core the restaurant was quite nice. The meat dishes were really pleasant to eat had great taste and the whole place was pretty clean. Unfortunately the servers were pretty unmotivated, which dragged down the overall feeling and to our disappointment the pizza had no flavor at all and the consistency was rubbery. Overall a decent pub but the staff and most importantly the pizza were lacking.
23/04/2025: Food was delicious, very warm and homey! Dessert too! Our server Kira even gave us some recommendations to see around the area!

08/05/2025: My husband and I spent two weeks traveling Ireland, throughout our entire trip, this was by far the best meal we had. We ordered the Wild Venison Pate and Heritage tomato salad with local goat cheese as a starter and the Kerry Lamb and Dingle Hake with asparagus as our mains. It was all so beautifully prepared, we almost didn't want to eat it! The quality of the ingredients, love and care behind each dish is evident. We finished our meal with the Burnt Baby Guinness; Baileys Creme Brulee and it was exceptional. We've been to many good restaurants all over the United States and Ireland, and this experience was one of a kind! The atmosphere was comfortable and welcoming, while still being very lovely and upscale. Very reasonably priced for how sensational the meal and the experience were! Julian is an incredible chef, and the staff was fantastic! We'd give this place 6/5 stars if it were available, best restaurant in Ireland, let alone Dingle. Do NOT miss your opportunity to eat here!
22/04/2025: Thank you to Katia for finding us a table on a wet and windy evening. What a find. Family run with Katia head of house and Julian Wyatt chef. Their menu showcases local produce. We had fresh oysters to start. Beautifully fresh, sweet & plump. My husband had the lamb and I had the pork loin with red cabbage flavoured with juniper. Both absolutely delicious and for the finale the Dingle Honey and Dingle whiskey mousse with Honeycomb and Sea Salt Ice Cream with apple ice wine. The perfect end to a fabulous dinner. Thank you
