Came into today after a hard day's training, few pints of stout, brie for starter and ribeyes for the 3 of us.
Food was delicious, great steaks, sides were plenty and the sauces were cooked with care.
The waitresses were lovely and attentive.
Definitely recommend, Rugby on the background, great fire keeping the place warm.
General buzz about the place, just like the pubs of old in this country, a brilliant homage to the glory days of the Irish family pub.

Best food of our whole trip! I traveled to Ireland with my family, and we ate there today. It's a very cute small local place. We sat right by the fireplace, and our server was SO KIND. He was great with our kids and had a good sense of humor. The service was fantastic, and the food was INCREDIBLE. The presentation of food on the plate was beautiful. It's clear they enjoy what they do!

Nous avons dîné 2 fois dans ce pub, tellement c'était bon. Le fish and chips est succulent, le rôti de boeuf (le dimanche) aussi, les saucisees de même. Le tout est servi par un personnel aux petits soins et, chose rare, on peut boire de la Guinness 0.

We came in for lunch midweek and found a friendly welcome, they open at 1300 but welcomed us in before.
We had starters and mains for lunch which were very good - the chowder starter is excellent- loads of fish and served with good quality bread.
Fish and chips was good a large serving and would probably not order both - too much for me! The fries were fine, think they were oven cooked as opposed to deep fried.
Would definitely recommend- phone to try.
