Dooley's Hotel in Waterford

Great hotel in Waterford. Service extraordinary. Very good irish breakfast. Very spacious room. Bed are really big and cosy. Very well located. 5mn walk to city center. Airport bus stop at the Door.

Never again, I said, but they have improved so much. The place is spotless.

I could not fault our Christmas lunch out with a group from Rehabcare in Dooley's Dock Bar. From the email correspondence with Orla to the service on the day, the staff could not have done more for our group. They were very accommodating regarding food allergies and restricted diets. Would highly recommend this hotel bar to dine in.

Excellent young staff serving breakfast and bar service. Extremely friendly and aware of customer's on arrival and very helpful and pleasant at all times. Breakfast really set up well with juices and cereals self service and hot food served to tables.Much better than the cold buffet fried food served in most hotels who could take a leaf out of dooleys book. Just a note of caution to be careful of teapots as handles very hot. Lovely location on Quays and central to most areas.Rooms warm and cosy but some complementary water would be appreciated.

Rooms were very nice and very roomy. Service in restaurant was always fast. Cute bar on premise. Shout out to Gary at front desk. We wanted help making a reservation for a certain restaurant in Waterford. Gary got us a reservation personally calling the restaurant manager to get us in. He went above and beyond! Thanks for a nice stay in your cute town.

As a coach driver on a tour from uk, i arrived with 40 passengers on 7th oct 2024 Staff were very friendly and helpful, the coach was greeted upon arrival, and the cases taken to respective (very satisfactory rooms) The food was fantastic as too were the serving staff Cosy bar with live music. Would definitely recommend Coach parking was local and hassle free
