Just back from a magic weekend on Inisbofin. It was so lovely to stay in a family run hotel and Andrew and team could not have been nicer and more accommodating. Food was delicious. We will be back!

Exactly what you expect from an Island community. Warm welcome, great customer service. Fantastic food, best on the Island. Friendly and lively bar for drinks and traditional music. Family friendly. Kids so busy, no time wasted as they played and entertained themselves for hours. It's was like going back in time as you strolled the off the beaten tracks. Walkers galore, bicycles everywhere. Smiling happy faces right throughout your stay. Even a storm couldn't dampen the spirits. I'll be back next month for more. Thanks to all at The Doonmore Hotel. The business and your staff are brilliant.

Just back from a fantastic 3 night stay at the hotel! The hotel and rooms have been recently refurbished… And are fab! Food was excellent, best on the island! The service’ & hospitality was fantastic too, thanks to everyone for looking after us! Will be back next year! ⭐️

A wonderful experience to arrive at The Doonmore Hotel following a lovely 30 minute boat trip and leisurely stroll along the stunning coastline of Inishbofin. There were 6 of us who had lunch. One lunch more delicious than the other. “Best fish & chips I ever had” “these crab claws are to die for”. I am going back to stay for a couple of days.

First class service, first class dining in one of the most beautiful settings in Europe. Andrew and Donna and their team make you feel like part of the family. After 10 days traveling around Ireland the Doonmore was by far our favorite and most unique experience. My only disappointment was in only staying one night. The island requires at least two nights to fully embrace the island life and to properly explore the island’s limitless natural beauty.

We had a really wonderful time in Murray's Doonmore. We felt really looked after and 4 of us fit nicely in a family room with a cot. The food was delicious with a good kids menu too and the spaces are all so thought out and cosy. We will be back!
