EJ Kings in Clifden

Amazing! I can absolutely confirm all the positive reviews. The food was great - the stew I had was just wonderful. The staff were SO lovely too, I recommend this place 100%!! Easily 5 stars. All the bars in Clifden are very nice and worth a visit though! With the only exception of Griffins bar in which I was deeply dissappointed and traumatised by. Just see their google reviews for yourself.

Love this place. Must visit when in clifden. The food and drink is lovely. The Guinness stew was so tasty. Nice healthy portion too. Staff are friendly

Ate fish and chips outside in the nice weather - very tasty 😋 The toilets could be improved...

We had lunch here when we came through Clifden. The girl who waited on us was very nice, and the food was great. Good pour of Guinness, I might add. I would definitely recommend it for hungry tourists.

We were in this pub two times during our stay in Clifden. We had lots of good drinks there.

Never experienced hospitality quite like it…from the moment the lady (owner? Manager?) laid eyes on us she couldn’t possibly do enough to help us find a table. Her genuine desire to ensure we had a comfy and lovely time here was mind blowing - we couldn’t believe when she brought us suncream and helped us shade our baby with the canopy. And every other staff member was brilliant too!! Pure friendly and helpful. Oh and the food was DELICIOUS! I cannot wait to return next year Diolch

Food, atmosphere and hospitality were great! Hostess/ waitress was super accommodating and friendly.

Great bar food, very friendly staff and if you are not in a hurry, you can spend a wonderful evening here
