Everett's in Waterford

Good cuisine!!Bravo au chef!!I ate very well!Service is minimal!Too rapid and No atmosphère!The young boss?manager?bit stressed out!dining room à bit chilly!Nice young Girls though in the dining room!

My wife and I booked for Dinner. Dinner times were specific...presumably to tie in with the "Pre Theatre" Dinner. The Menu is a fixed two or three course Menu, with a limited choice range. When ordering, the server insisted on us selecting Starter/ Main AND desert choices at the outset..!! A bit like a Hotel Wedding dinner, and not what you would expect from a Michelin establishment. However, the important thing is that the food was really lovely, and a good Wine list choice from reasonable price upwards. The restaurant lacked atmosphere on our visit, but I'm sure this is not usually the case

Possibly the best dinner I’ve ever had in Ireland. Do not miss out on coming here for dinner. It’s worth every effort and you get your moneys worth! I recommend the beef.

I’d be wax lyrical about this restaurant. The food was absolutely top notch in terms of flavour and quality. The value was unbelievable aswell for such high end cuisine. It made my day having such an amazing meal.

I had some out of town guests and was unsure of where to bring them. As Everett’s is one of my favourite places I choose here. We went for a set menu which was 55€ for 3 amazing courses. I had a poached egg to start - wow For mains I went for beef which was as always so perfect. And for dessert a chocolate tart. The staff are so kind and helpful and didn’t give out for us arriving late. If you are in Waterford I promise you will love Everett’s and the wonderful team

Perfect from start to finish as I should have liked to have stood and clapped in appreciation after I reluctantly finished my delicious dessert . A dining experience at a top level. Bravo

This is my second time visiting this restaurant. The food is fantastic, price was very good for 3 course menu €40.00 I thought portions were a little bit small, but we were very full after dinner. Staff were nice and friendly,. We had a lovely evening. The only thing I wasn't impressed - leggings on one staff member. Places like this, should have proper uniform.

Everett’s in Waterford was the perfect spot for our New Year’s Eve dinner. From the warm, welcoming staff to the cozy yet elegant atmosphere, everything felt just right for the occasion. The food was the highlight. My starter—a crab dish with mango and cucumber—was light and refreshing, while the venison main was tender and flavorful, paired with rich sides like black pudding and creamy mash. Dessert, a parfait with poached pear and custard, was the perfect sweet finish. The wine list was well-curated, and the staff were great at helping us find the perfect pairing. Overall, Everett’s delivered a relaxed yet refined dining experience, making it a great choice for a special night out.

Beautiful food and reasonably priced. I would highly recommend.
