Everett's in Waterford

This is my second time visiting this restaurant. The food is fantastic, price was very good for 3 course menu €40.00 I thought portions were a little bit small, but we were very full after dinner. Staff were nice and friendly,. We had a lovely evening. The only thing I wasn't impressed - leggings on one staff member. Places like this, should have proper uniform.

Everett’s in Waterford was the perfect spot for our New Year’s Eve dinner. From the warm, welcoming staff to the cozy yet elegant atmosphere, everything felt just right for the occasion. The food was the highlight. My starter—a crab dish with mango and cucumber—was light and refreshing, while the venison main was tender and flavorful, paired with rich sides like black pudding and creamy mash. Dessert, a parfait with poached pear and custard, was the perfect sweet finish. The wine list was well-curated, and the staff were great at helping us find the perfect pairing. Overall, Everett’s delivered a relaxed yet refined dining experience, making it a great choice for a special night out.

Highly recommended and reservations are a must! This Michelin restaurant is worth every penny. The waitstaff are trained to help you have the utmost satisfaction from beginning to end. If there is any questions the head chef is there to please. What can I say the food was brilliant in every way. The 3 courses were reasonably priced around 42 Eurs. If I lived nearby I would be a regular!!

Truly a superb discovery. It's a restaurant published in the Michelin guide, so go there without hesitation. All the service was impeccable and the food was so delicious. If you're passing through Waterford, take a trip here.

Awesome food, great service, lovely location.

Very tasty main course of halibut. Desserts limited if you are vegetarian and want to avoid gelatine. Helpful staff on the prowl for queries or clients needing attention.We would return when next in Waterford.

Great food and excellent service.

In spite of very limited choices, the food was truly exceptional and it’s clear to see why Michelin would award them with accolades. And the pricing for the meal was hard to believe and equates to great value. The service was amiss, as were other details. We were there on a slow night so the vibe was quite dead and it made us want to just get done and leave in spite of the beautiful barrel brick ceiling and the 24 euro Middleton’s rare (great price). We noticed when approaching the front door how filthy and full of trash the front steps were which is easy enough to rectify - just one more thing that shows no one is watching the details.
