I stayed with my mam last night and we had an amazing time. We bought the package deal of bed and breakfast, dinner and entry to the Mike Denver dance. We first had afternoon tea which was delicious and our waiter Evan was very friendly and kind. Later in the day we then had a Christmas dinner that was very tasty. The quality of the food and service in the woodlands is top notch. Mike Denver was a fun night and the room was also very comfortable, modern and cosy. The breakfast room was busy this morning but it was so well organised and again we couldn't fault the food or service. Thanks for a great stay 10/10. I have attended many events between birthdays/christenings here and it is always a good experience.

Attended a 50th birthday party there this evening, there was a wedding on at the same time and the place was packed yet the service was faultless, the food was exceptional, staff very friendly and attentive, a fantastic little play ground and animals to keep my 2yo entertained, couldn't fault the place, highly recommended

Beautiful hotel adorable coffee / food cort just at the side of the hotel was incredib. We spent one night for a Family wedding, food was delicious service was perfect and one of the prettiest ballrooms I've ever seen. Highly recommend

Would 100% recommend and return again. Great friendly service from all local staff. It was an incredibly busy day at the hotel but despite all the different events that the hotel were juggling we had a great meal and all guests were catered to. Nothing was to much trouble for the staff. Excellent service throughout. This is an example of how a hotel should be run.
