Finnegan's in Galway

Lovely little pub/restaurant. Food was very good and tasty. I chose from the menu of the day the beef and guinnes stew. It was the first time trying the guinnes stew and the colour of it surprised me a bit but it was very nice. Next time I’ll try the burger or breakfast(they serve it all day) Also the service was good,stuff is nice 👌

Very tasty food. The mashed potatoes were incredibly good.

Great bacon and cabbage. Attentive service quick hot food delivery mid week away from the hustle of the main shopping area. A must stop but don't tell anyone as i liked the quiet

Went here as we were craving for seafood and we were not disappointed. I ordered the set meal of chowder and irish stew - both are rich in flavor and texture. We will definitely comeback here when we visit Galway again.

Traditional and honest Irish cuisine. The taste is excellent and everything is equally delicious. Decent portions. No frills or fancy things, with an honest and delicious plate of food. Super!

It was a good experience. The waitress was always friendly, and the atmosphere was very welcoming. As for the food, our dishes were not tasty enough.

If I could give this place more than 5☆ I would. You could never find fault there and the staff are just the best. So friendly, welcoming and helpful. Where else would you get some good hearty food in a building over 500 years old? We started going there a few years ago when my daughter was struggling with her eating and they were amazing with her. If she couldn't finish they'd parcel it up for her to take home.

Seré honesto, ya que no hay un sitio web al que referirse y no hay muchas reseñas, es difícil saber qué esperar. Llamé por teléfono con antelación y reservé nuestra mesa. Y sorprendentemente, estaba muy contento con la comida que se ofrece. Algunas opciones tradicionales irlandesas, pero también algunos clásicos favoritos, junto con sándwiches, etc. Las porciones eran bastante generosas también. Todos disfrutaban de sus comidas. El personal era amable y servicial. Sin duda recomendaría este lugar.

Nice restaurant, a real hidden gem in the heart of galway, traditional Irish food and not expensive,building has a lot of character , nice menu with something for everyone, just a shame they no longer do the garlic mushrooms on their menu
