Great place and atmosphere. I noticed some guys in the Corby the window went out for a smoke. Left behind drinks cigarettes phones wallet and cash on the table! No bother. Came back 5 minutes later all intact. Wouldn’t happen in Uk.

My wife and I visited one evening while staying in Lahinch because they were having singers and Irish dancing and of course some pints of Guinness. What a great night the music and dancing was amazing. Some of the best Guinness I have had while travelling around. Friendly and polite staff. We had an amazing time and got to experience some great Irish hospitality. A night to remember.

Spooney’s Fish & Chips

09/09/2026: Below average fish a chips. Massive portion and good tartar sauce- but chips and fish were not great. Also no toilets
31/08/2026: We had beautiful fish and chips here - all handmade and home cooked chips. the fish portion was huge and the there was loads of chips. The young one had the kids portion which i didn’t think she would eat but she ate every bit and asked to go back the next day. Homemade tartar sauce and the flakey fish were a match made in heaven - absolutely top notch and good value for fresh well cooked take away food - there nothing in the area that compares!! also love being able to go next door and get the nicest selection of ice cream ever. Great spot!

15/08/2026: Chinese nere. I ordered loads of food from this takeaway today and was very impressed with the flavour and the quality of the food! My favourite is beef in black bean sauce and Singapore styled stir fried noodles. So tasty and the beef was perfectly tender! My Irish in-laws loved the Chicken with ginger and spring onions and the Singapore styled fried noodles also. The crispy duck is pretty good, too! So happy I decided to give this place a try! A great part of the Lahinch food scene 🙌 The best of luck to them!
