Friendly staff, nice welcome from the staff. My wife took a small portion of fish and chips, plenty of food and quality was good. My burger was dry and fried too long, burger-bread was also dry. A little disapointing.

Awesome restaurant, great food, great staff and quick service. Highly recommended for veggie pallets too. Suitable parking spots around the village and walkable distance from anywhere around the village and the ferry port incase you wanna enjoy the boat ride. Food was tasty and good portion.

A lovely location in killaloe particularly when the sun is shining. The plates we received were dirty and had to be returned. The service was decent. However the biggest downfall of this restaurant, was the pricing. 2 pizzas with a dip sauce, 4 colas and a portion of chips for almost €60?! Extortionate pricing. Of course we were aware of the pricing beforehand and is not unique to this restaurant that has this extortionate pricing as many restaurants in modern Ireland is the same, but compared to other European countries it is extortionate. Subjectively, 2 pizzas which were standard pizzas nothing special, 4 colas ( which were not even a can of cola and the quantity was less than a can) and a portion of chips should not cost more than 30 euros. This is the nail in the coffin and I will not be eating out here again due to the high prices.

We had dinner in Flanagans for two birthday celebrations. The food was delicious. We had four different mains all so tasty. The staff were so nice,very chatty. Would highly recommend it if you are in Killaloe.

Very disappointed, food was 5/10, staff weren’t nice, staff took our order - there was 4 of us (1child/3 adults) - we ordered soup, burger , 2x mash dinner|| 4 drinks. They staff never wrote it down just “remembered it from the top of there head” - asked for not to be certain items on the child’s plate etc. 25 mins 1 mash dinner & burger came - 5 mins later followed the other mash dinner & 15 mins later the soup - everyone was eating at separate times, the drinks never came until everyone was 3/4 finished the food. Staff were so grumpy looking/ a lot of huffing and puffing & banging. Such a pity the way our experience with this place went as it’s in a beautiful location & great views.
