I had the most incredible takeaway experience at this restaurant, thanks to the amazing lady who went above and beyond to accommodate my unique dietary needs. I have a low-FODMAP sensitivity, am gluten intolerant, and also allergic to gums and starches (which are often used in gluten-free cooking). Despite these challenges, she took the time to carefully listen and truly understand my restrictions. She worked closely with the kitchen to create a safe and delicious meal that didn’t include any of my allergens. Her patience, attention to detail, and genuine care were absolutely heartwarming. Dining out with allergies can be daunting, but her efforts made me feel completely at ease. I highly recommend this place for anyone with complex dietary needs—it’s a rare gem!
