Great food and nice friendly helpful staff

First time there, I had just finished my shift and couldn't have chosen better. The drink, Orchard Thieves was cold and well tasty with their delicious Burger was a damn excellent option, staff was genuinely helpful and attentive. Will def go back if I am ever around.

The food was very good, but the service was rather slow. I ordered the seafood chowder, and a couple who came in after I ordered got theirs first. Somehow my main meal didn't make it back to the kitchen, and I had to wait. They did give me 10% off. We stopped by for a quick lunch and ended up being there for two hours.

Beautiful location, lovingly refurbished, cozy atmosphere, smashing food and great service.

A lot of effort has been put into the new Goosers , portion size has improved from when they opened to middle size. burger was over cooked and tartare sauce was a little bland.

Cozy bar with many seating areas. You will be welcomed by the hostess who had a nice spot for the 3 of us I had a delicious vegetarian meal with spaghetti and a delicious dessert of apple pie with vanilla custard ice cream and whipped cream. Enjoy! And a pint of Guinness from the tap, perfectly tapped.

Nice cozy restaurant/pub. Excellent food, great service.

No better place on a damp day to be had a lovely steak sandwich washed down with a couple of pints of Guinness, loads of tables then retired to the bar to finish drying off
