The food was okay, the lamb shank was the best for me, the staffs were very welcoming and attentive and the atmosphere was beautiful

We arrived slightly behind schedule but the host Ricardo, was quite accommodating and welcoming. The set menu was very enjoyable and honestly less expensive than anticipated, 58 euros for three course including a side and coffee. We will absolutely be making a return visit in the near future!
Of note I really quite enjoyed the novelty of the steak on the stone.

This restaurant is amazing and many people had recommended it to me. It did not disappoint! I ordered the duck confit which included in the Christmas menu and it was delicious. The drinks were great too and the service was brilliant. I highly recommend it!

Lovely place, lovely welcoming atmosphere and the food was delicious. The staff were also super nice and they had their work cut out because it was a big group. But it was definitely worth it. A massive thanks to our server Sleiman he was so funny and nice.

Food was lovely. Presented well. Tasted delicious. The two coeliacs in our group had no difficulty with ordering and their quality/quantity wasn't compromised. It's not cheap, with most main meals around €25, but although "quite swanky", portions are generous on the whole. Two of our party had lamb, served on colcannon base, which looked especially tasty (and lots of it). One had a steak served (still cooking) on a stone. I'm not a fan of stone on the table on the whole, but this was a good idea to allow the diner to enjoy as its done to their own taste. Overall, portion sizes were decent, although I'm glad I ordered a side of chips with my cod as it only came with samfire and tomatoes (all delicious but chips /fries included would be nice). My porcini mushrooms & pasta starter was a particular highlight.

Oh boy, where to start? During our Ireland roadtrip, this was the best restaurant we visited, and I can recommend it to everyone who wants to enjoy fine food in Cork that is way beyond the usual "fish and chips" experience. The ambient is a stylish crossover between modern and old elements with a beautiful lighting concept. Service was exceptional. Our starters (scallops!!!) tasted SO good, dessert was fine as well... only the main course, an Irish beef & stout stew, fell short in comparison to the rest of our dining experience. The taste was just too mild for a traditional dish like this, lacking salt and pepper and spices like some herbs (rosemary?). So in the end, it was the 2nd best food we had in Ireland - the best was in a small pub in Galway -, but the overall experience still was great. The only downside is the high price, but it was worth it.

Poor service with intentionally wrong information. Food was well cooked and served. Steak was pretty standard. Panna cotta dessert was weird with celery.
