Handsome Burger in Galway

Amazing experience at Handsome Burger last weekend. Visited with my 15 yr old niece who really wanted to go there for her birthday, my husband & two kids. It was raining out, we were relieved to get in out of the rain and find there was a table on a busy Sat night. But the music was quite loud - nice for me, very buzzy - but way too much for my autistic 6yr old son. He was upset and wanted to leave. I explained the situation to our lovely, kind & empathetic server, Matthew, who immediately said no problem and went to turn the music down. My son was delighted and we all were too. We stayed and had the most wonderful food, Matthew continued to mind our table, seeing if there was anything we needed, and gave the kids a free ice cream treat at the end. Amazing experience, thank you. And please give Matthew a pay rise - he’s one in a million. We’ll be back.

Absolutely 10/10. Burgers were unreal, sweet potato fries delicious and so crispy!! Staff were friendly and we got served quickly 🤌🏼 gluten free options on the menu 👌🏽

I found the food v greasy and the chps were over done and hard to eat only that we were starving I will be going to botown next time

As a true burger enthusiast who’s had well over 100 burgers, I can honestly say this was amazing! Juicy, flavorful, and perfectly executed, easily one of the best I’ve ever had.

Las dos últimas visitas han sido decepcionantes. No la comida en sí, el estándar sigue siendo alto. Son los servidores. Las últimas dos visitas el pedido hecho no fue la comida servida. Los servidores no anotan el pedido, haciendo que la comida servida sea parcialmente correcta, pero ambas veces la comida necesitaba ser devuelta. Fue en un momento muy ocupado, por lo que causó un retraso y una acumulación de personas esperando para sentarse. Recomendaría que los servidores comiencen a anotar los pedidos. Reduce errores.
