Delicious burgers on a potato bun, how Irish!

We had a great time, the waiter Matthew served us very professionally and nicely, always smiling, excellent food and service without long waits, we will be back!!!

The staff is very helpful; we found one guy who spoke Italian. The food is good, with gluten-free bread available for an additional €2.50. Even the fries are gluten-free.

This restaurant is absolutely amazing. I discovered it while traveling solo through Ireland and, not only are their burgers, fries, and sauces absolutely incredible, their staff goes above and beyond to help you feel like a part of their family. I want to personally shout out Luiz who, seeing that I was sitting alone, came over to chat with me, ensuring throughout my meal that I was having a good time. His passion for the West End community and food was made so wonderfully evident by each interaction he had with those he introduced me to. If you find yourself in Galway, this is a must-visit place! Thank you so much, Luiz! You absolutely made my night.

This was our first time in Galway and we were specifically looking for gluten-free alternatives. The burgers were immediately recommended to us. We had to wait in line for five minutes because the place was full. Afterwards, we were greeted by Matthew, who not only brought us the best burgers, but also spoke warmly about Ireland and gave us some really good tips. We had the Handsomburger and the Buttermilk Chicken Burger with fries and sweet potatoes. Taste 10 out of 10. Service 10 out of 10. Matthew 100 out of 10

We had a beef burger, a veggie burger, sweet potato fries, and chicken strips. We also ordered three different sauces. Everything tasted great, and the ambiance was lovely. The service was friendly. We'd be happy to come back.

Las dos últimas visitas han sido decepcionantes. No la comida en sí, el estándar sigue siendo alto. Son los servidores. Las últimas dos visitas el pedido hecho no fue la comida servida. Los servidores no anotan el pedido, haciendo que la comida servida sea parcialmente correcta, pero ambas veces la comida necesitaba ser devuelta. Fue en un momento muy ocupado, por lo que causó un retraso y una acumulación de personas esperando para sentarse. Recomendaría que los servidores comiencen a anotar los pedidos. Reduce errores.
