A nice little burger place with very friendly staff. Unfortunately, the burgers were a bit too greasy in my opinion. Nevertheless, I'd gladly come back :)

Really enjoyed the burger! 🍔 Juicy, full of flavour, and cooked perfectly. The fries were delicious too, and the staff were friendly. My only downside would be the price — it gets quite expensive once you add fries and a drink. Overall, a great burger experience, but a bit overpriced in my opinion.

56 Central

07/09/2026: I had a great experience at 56 Central in Galway! The staff were really nice, friendly, and managed everything very well, even during the busy times. The restaurant was quite busy with tourists, but the service was still well organised. The food was amazing overall. I had the Irish breakfast, and everything was delicious, although the bacon was a little overcooked for my taste. The burger, however, was absolutely amazing! If you’re visiting Galway, I definitely recommend stopping by 56 Central. It’s a busy and popular spot for tourists, and for good reason. A must-visit when you’re in Galway! 🇮🇪🍔
