As soon as we drove onto the property, we were met with the lovely valets that handled our bags and asked questions to provide any assistance with our travels details and guidance on what to do in Cork. Once we entered the lobby, the staff was lovely and very helpful. Checking in was a breeze and you felt the staff was very attentive with providing information on our stay and details about where to find the restaurants and bars on the grounds. Our room was very clean and comfortable. The staff wrote us a note for our anniversary and provided little sweet treats, which was a lovely touch. The amenities in our room were excellent with a soaking tub and a nice and big walk-shower. The location of the Manor was central to the college and town. They do provide a car service and have a partnership with a local taxi company that was readily available to take into town. The atmosphere of the manor was incredible. You really felt like you were in the country side and heard very little noise from the surrounding area. With all the amenities, the service the staffed provided, and relaxing environment, I feel the value of staying here is well worth the price. This was our first time staying at Hayfield Manor and I will be booking again for a longer stay, next time. I highly recommend staying here for a couples retreat to take advantage of the spa or a nice family weekend to unwind.

After staying at Hayfield Manor every other hotel stay will have so much to live up to. The grounds, restaurants, bars and rooms were absolutely beautiful. The pool, steam room and spa amenities were so beautiful and a great addition to the stay. The service was beyond any that we have ever experienced. Mary, Holly and all the staff were beyond helpful, kind and attentive to every detail. I will always remember our stay at the Manor and greatly appreciate all of the staff for their hospitality, attention to detail and kind gestures.

Our stay at Hayfield Manor was truly amazing! The staff, at every level, was fantastic, friendly, and attentive from check-in to check-out, and the service was impeccable throughout. Our room was beautiful and well appointed.
We loved unwinding with drinks and cards in the peaceful garden, and dinner at Perrotts Garden Bistro was incredible — the staff even brought out a bit of mead to soothe a sore throat when I mentioned it, which was such a thoughtful touch. Meeting Jellybean the resident cat and visiting the aviary were lovely bonuses.
Breakfast was unmatched, with a phenomenal spread each morning. We felt pampered from the moment we arrived. Highly recommend!

My husband, 7 month old, my in-laws, and I recently stayed at Hayfield Manor for a short break of 2 nights. From the moment we arrived we were treated so well. The hotel made sure we had everything we needed for the baby, from the crib to a mini fridge in the room to storing our cooler ice packs downstairs. They also treated our baby as a guest rather than an inconvenience, which we appreciated so much, especially as first time parents traveling for the first time with our infant. We loved the rooms, the amenities, the grounds and gorgeous gardens, and notably: the food in the restaurant, which was incredible. We will surely be back.
My husband and I had such a lovely stay at Hayfield Manor. From the moment we arrived, Laura at reception was super friendly and welcoming, and the team really made us feel welcome the whole time.
Our room was spacious, comfy, and just really nice to relax in. The bar food was delicious, and breakfast was just as good, with loads of great options to choose from.
The aviary outside added something really special to the whole place. The outdoor jacuzzi, pool and steam room were fantastic and very relaxing. One thing that really makes Hayfield Manor stand out is its location. It feels like a peaceful country retreat with beautiful grounds, yet it's only a short walk into Cork city, so you get the best of both worlds. Being able to relax in such a tranquil setting while having shops, restaurants and attractions within walking distance made our stay even more special.
All in all, Hayfield Manor is a unique fivestar hotel with great service, beautiful surroundings, and a really welcoming vibe. We’d definitely go back and would happily recommend it to anyone.

Outstanding experience! Special recognition to Aoife in reception for her attention to detail and spirit! Also outstanding were the two concierges, Liam and Noel. Breakfast was also very good .

Charming hotel, great location, and excellent customer service! We stayed in the Shandon Suite and adjoining room for three nights during our recent family vacation and had an absolutely lovely stay. The staff really go out of their way to ensure that every little detail is taken care of both before and during your trip. The reservations team was fantastic when I was planning our trip and even brought to my attention a special promotion they were having which included dinner for two nights and breakfast each morning which actually lowered our nightly rate. We ate dinner at both onsite restaurants (Perrotts and Orchids) and the food and drinks were excellent. The continental breakfast spread in the mornings is amazing but you can also order a hot meal from the menu (also included). And I would be remiss to not mention their unofficial feline mascot, Jellybean, who you can visit outside the hotel grounds if you choose to. I understand he’s not part of the hotel but likes to hang around on the property which I was grateful for since I was missing our two at home.
