Hayfield Manor Hotel in Cork

Fantastic few days in Hayfield Manor. Couldn’t speak highly enough of Anna and Liam who were so attentive to all our needs.

My wife Sineád and myself stay here 5/6 times a year it’s a complete joy to stay and the staff are the friendliest and most welcoming of anywhere we’ve stayed We’re like kids at Christmas every time we leave our home in County Down to visit …. Back at Easter 🙏🏻

We had a wonderful stay. The hotel atmosphere is so lovely, from the moment we were greeted by Liam, right through to when Liam helped us back to the car. The food was wonderful. She service Amazing. The rooms are very very nice and the bed so comfy. My husband loved the putter !! Much to my disappointment - LOL. Seriously all the small touches were lovely. Didn’t get time to use the spa - next time.

Had Dinner in Hayfield last night. Terrific atmosphere and food, our Waiter Jake was exemplary, explaining dishes, detail to attention. All our Party agreed that this young Man at only nineteen is destined for big things.

I live in south-west Cork, nearly two hours from Cork city, and booked one night at Hayfield Manor while my husband was admitted to the Mercy Hospital. At the time, we fully expected he would be discharged the following day. Unfortunately, things didn’t go as planned and that one night turned into four. From the moment the staff became aware of my situation, the kindness and compassion I was shown was exceptional. Every single staff member I encountered was so supportive. They knew my circumstances, asked regularly about my husband, and genuinely cared. Those small conversations and thoughtful gestures meant more to me than I can put into words during what was a very worrying time. Hayfield Manor is a beautiful hotel, but what truly sets it apart is its people. The warmth, professionalism, and empathy shown to me will stay with me for a long time. Once my husband is back fit and strong again, we fully intend to return together and spend a number of nights at Hayfield Manor, simply to relax, be pampered, and enjoy everything this wonderful hotel has to offer.

Have enjoyed the luxury of Hayfield Manor on many occasions!! This visit was so enjoyable, now i know why we keep returning!

We’ve been to Hayfield Manor every year for the last 3/4 years and it is always incredible. The staff are so welcoming and friendly, the food is absolutely delicious and nothing is ever too much to ask! I’ve recommended it to tons of friends who have loved it as much as I do! Can’t wait to book again soon!

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this hotel! Our room was simply stunning — the bed incredibly comfortable and the decor stylish and thoughtfully arranged. From the moment we arrived, the service felt truly exceptional. We especially want to mention Daria, who speaks our language, kindly signed a card for us in Ukrainian, and even called to check if everything was to our liking. Such attention to detail is rare and heartwarming. The food was outstanding — everything tasted amazing. We particularly loved the breakfast porridge and the steak, which were both perfect. The pool area is simply magical, and the outdoor jacuzzi is such a brilliant idea — so relaxing under the open sky. The sauna and steam room are incredibly cozy, and the overall atmosphere of the hotel is just wonderful. We had a truly relaxing stay and would love to return again. A heartfelt thank you to the entire team for making our visit so memorable!

The kindness and empathy shown to us from the moment we arrived to our departure was exemplary. The staff in every department were friendly, helpful and professional.
