5 stars all the way. My friend Claire, little Lucy and I had a splendid stay with you earlier this week. The kindness and empathy shown to us from the moment we arrived to our departure was exemplary. The staff in every department were friendly, helpful and professional. The nicest Christmas gift of time together that we gave each other as a family was a night away in the Hayfield. Bearing in mind, we brought our teenage son & as any parent knows, teenagers are notoriously difficult to impress, but we were all agreed, it was the injection of Christmas Spirit we all needed & enjoyed. With the warmest of welcomes, exceptional service & kindness, our beautiful dinner in Perrott's, to the comfort of our room, we were so spoiled. Add in thoughtful wee touches of the card & the teen was walking on air & wanted to move in. The hotel was decorated so nicely for Christmas, with music by talented musicians drifting from the inviting lobby into the bar and restaurant areas, all enhance the atmosphere. It was delightful from start to finish. As you can see in the pictures, the teenager was thoroughly impressed & planning his next visit already.

We last stayed here as a family of 3 about 2010. This time as a family of 4 and for New Years Eve. Somewhat of a luxury experience which was highly enjoyable in the creation of wonderful memories for two nights. All staff were so polite, thoughtful and proactive.

My husband booked this for us for NYE as a treat as we had a really hard year and all I can say is wow! From the moment we drove in the gate, every single staff member made us feel beyond welcome and looked after. I have stayed in 5 star hotels before but there is nothing compared to the 2 nights we had in Hayfield Manor.. From the food to the delicious cocktails, the spa and the kind room upgrade.. we couldn’t have asked for anything more.. thank you for making our entry to 2026 magical ✨

We enjoyed a wonderful Christmas at Hayfield Manor Hotel. From the moment we arrived we were given a lovely bedroom with its very own Christmas Tree. The staff in both restaurants went out of their way to make each meal special. Breakfast each morning, was a haven of choices. A big thank you to all the team led by Luke. Pablo and Jack made our last night special in Perrotts. We even ordered some delicious Murphy & Walnut bread with them and then forgot to take it with us when we left.

From entering the beautiful gateway, received by the concierge, welcomed with mulled wine, and shown to an exquisite bedroom with its own Christmas tree. What can I say. Amazing. The whole Christmas experience, the beautiful cocktail bar and 5 star food experience at the Bistro left us feeling we had being transported to another world. Discreet staff, nothing a problem, meticulously prepared rooms and overall ambience have me prepared to have that same experience at least once a year. Well done to you all, you’ve made both our birthdays and Christmas, so thankyou🥰

Once again my friend snd I had a fabulous Christmas staycation at hayfield .the fact we got to check in early really added to the experience .each staff member , from the minute we parked up to our departure were so welcoming and pleasant .the food throughout our stay was gorgeous.an oasis of calm and beauty . We hope to return again next year 💕
