Hayfield Manor Hotel in Cork

From entering the beautiful gateway, received by the concierge, welcomed with mulled wine, and shown to an exquisite bedroom with its own Christmas tree. What can I say. Amazing. The whole Christmas experience, the beautiful cocktail bar and 5 star food experience at the Bistro left us feeling we had being transported to another world. Discreet staff, nothing a problem, meticulously prepared rooms and overall ambience have me prepared to have that same experience at least once a year. Well done to you all, you’ve made both our birthdays and Christmas, so thankyou🥰

Once again my friend snd I had a fabulous Christmas staycation at hayfield .the fact we got to check in early really added to the experience .each staff member , from the minute we parked up to our departure were so welcoming and pleasant .the food throughout our stay was gorgeous.an oasis of calm and beauty . We hope to return again next year 💕

We had a truly wonderful stay at Hayfield. The room was great including the Christmas 🎄a lovely surprise. We ate in Perrots and Orchid and the food was excellent. The hotel is well situated for visiting Cork centre. Most of all though, the staff were brilliant and couldn't do enough to help make our stay as good as it was. Hayfield Manor absolutely deserves its 5 star rating. Would thoroughly recommend.

The most amazing hotel and stay! I cannot recommend enough. The staff and service are outstanding - nothing is a problem and everyone is so friendly and helpful. The rooms are beautiful as is the hotel decor, especially at Christmas. The food is outstanding! The hotel has a few restaurant choices - so something for everyone. Swimming pool is fab and outdoor jacuzzi. I have nothing negative to say about it! The best stay!

We had plans to walk around Cork, but once we arrived we stayed put in the wonderful Hayfield Manor.. The homely nature of the hotel coupled with the best staff in the world makes it a must go if you are on the island of Ireland. The minute Noel greets you at the gate you know your in for a treat and it was one hell of a treat!!! Well done to all in Hayfield especially the lads in the bar, Jack, JohnO and the Alex. Myself and my wife dined in the Orchid last night. Stunning food and the service was outstanding. So friendly, polite and helpful.

Hayfield Manor is an outstanding hotel! The room and grounds were easily as good or better than expected for this price point. The building is historical and charming but with modern conveniences, e.g. heated towel racks and remote controlled AC (yes I needed to cool the room despite being Ireland in November and it was great to have AC). The room was large, the included breakfast was delicious and served by extremely thoughtful servers. By far the best thing about the hotel was the staff! Without a doubt this was the best hotel staff that my wife and I have ever experienced. They did things for us that you wouldn't have asked for but realized you appreciated (got the car in the rain, carried bags whenever they possibly could, etc.). Best of all they found ways to help us without our asking and without our feeling guilty they were doing things for us. Everyone had a real sense of humor which was such a nice change (or maybe they were just trained to laugh at my probably poor "Dad Jokes"), either way it was great. An example of the level of thoughtfulness occurred as we checked out. I told the wonderful young woman at the check out desk that we loved the turn down chocolates (an Irish brand not available in the USA) and that we would like to buy a small bag if possible. She excused herself for a minute and came back with a large box of the chocolates as well as a hotel branded chocolate bar. She wouldn't take money and cheerfully gave us the chocolates! I truly regret that I didn't get her name to call out here, nor did I have Euros on hand to show my appreciation. Her actions made our departure such a wonderful experience. The Hayfield Manor is a "higher end" hotel than we usually stay at but if I am ever back in Cork I will gladly book a stay here again. Thank you for a wonderful experience!

La familia se reunió para celebrar una jubilación. El personal fue muy atento. Buena comida de origen local. Pedí el lomo de res y quedé muy satisfecho. Servicio rápido y personal muy educado y capacitado. Vinos muy buenos. Todo nuestro grupo disfrutó de sus almuerzos. Muy impresionado con sus guarniciones, muy generosas, todo cocinado a la perfección. Tomamos nuestros cafés en una cómoda sala donde charlamos durante un buen rato.
