Had lunch here on a whim when passing by and made very welcome. A small and intimate restaurant that had a good atmosphere and regular customers. The food was the highlight and is highly recommended if visiting Kinsale.

Lovely atmosphere, thought the menu seemed a bit simple til the food came. Ordinary menu and extraordinarily yummy dishes at very reasonable prices. Our new favourite kinsale eatery, well be back ๐Ÿ˜€

Friendly welcome, Great service, Delicious food, Warm ambiance. We both had the herb crusted Hake. I had a glass of Aussie Chardonnay with my meal.

With a lovely eclectic mix of music in the background and lovely service, I enjoyed chef Ross's hake dish after a delicious piping hot tomato soup. High tide is atmospheric and tranquil without getting your feet wet.

We always enjoy visiting High Tide for the food, atmosphere, and food. They also allow dogs which is great for us. It is so cozy and both breakfast and dinner are fantastic.

01/02/2025: Iโ€™ve visited OHK a few times and itโ€™s always 10/10. Such a gem that we travelled down from East Cork. Iโ€™ll need to return again for the Turkish eggs and the vegan cookie!!
28/11/2024: A great place to have breakfast. The decoration is beautiful and very cozy. We ordered a couple of dishes (the focaccia sandwich and the Turkish eggs) and they were 10. Highly recommended ๐Ÿ˜‹๐Ÿ˜‹.

Trident Hotel Kinsale

07/02/2025: Lovely hotel on the waterfront. Very comfortable stay, excellent well trained staff. Delicious breakfast cooked to order. We would definately visit again.
28/01/2025: The Trident was our stopping point for the night on our road trip from Kilkenny to Killarney. It was clean and comfortable, the front desk was helpful and it was only a short walk to Kinsale city center.
