Hyde in Galway

We had a lovely brunch menu, in a very cool restaurant. The service was fantastic!

I didn't like the menue this time, it's just my idea

The food was absolutely one of the nicest meals I've had in a while. Got the slow cooked beef and it was phenomenal. Venue was really nice and the staff were all friendly and attentive Food was a bit slow to come out but we were in a big group so makes sense. Will definitely be back!

Such a neat and well decorated bar/ restaurant. I definitely recommend the butternut squash canneloni and butter chicken!!

Just returned to our hotel after a great dinner at Hyde Bar Galway. Service was excellent and atmosphere is unique and lovely! The food is delish, great prices and the dessert, The Pink Pavlova was exceptionally good. The Hyde donates to Breast Cancer for this purchase of dessert. Get it while you can and go to this great Bar for a good meal. You won’t be disappointed.

during a stay in Galway it saved the culinary experience, the food is really good, it's a very nice location and they were kind in finding a table despite the large influx of people and reservations. Prices are slightly high for the Mains but still average for the place.

Unfortunately was having rooms upgraded so construction work in progress. Expensive considering we were in a dated room pending upgrading.

Absolutely stunning location. Food is a tad expensive but I think well worth it. They’ve a great selection of cocktails aswell. I would definitely say if you want to splash the cash The Hyde is definitely worth it. Staff are lovely aswell 🫶

Visito regularmente el Hyde Bar y para ser honesto nunca puede culpar al personal aquí, sí, en ocasiones cuando está arriba de las paredes, uno tiene que entender el estrés que están bajo, no es culpa de ellos mismos, voy a decir que algunos de los gerentes adecuados podrían ser un poco más de apoyo durante estos tiempos... Así que hoy 10 / 3 me retrasé así que decidí almorzar, saludada por una chica muy agradable, pedí mi bebida habitual junto con la hamburguesa vegana, no soy vegana pero disfruto mucho de las comidas veganas / vegetarianas, y bueno, solo puedo decir esto por lejos la hamburguesa a base de plantas más agradable y sabrosa que he comido y he probado muchas, todo el aspecto de ella, los diferentes gustos 😋 . . . Rechazé el postre, pero caí en la tentación tal vez 20 minutos más tarde n ordenó el posset de limón, servido con frambuesas frescas y una galleta casera 😋.... Todavía se sentía algo ligero después de una comida tan deliciosa. . . Gran lugar 👌 gran vino, y los mejores cócteles 🍸 servido por el mejor personal del bar. . . Buena comida de una gran cocina, traída a la mesa por tan buen personal de servicio. . . Siempre es lo que me lleva a volver a un lugar una y otra vez... Así que la gerencia tampoco puede estar haciendo tan mal... Gracias por siempre la bienvenida 🙏🏼

El bar tiene una decoración muy agradable. El servicio para tomar el pedido fue ligeramente lento, pero una vez que se hizo el pedido, todo fue rápido. Pedimos tazón de Hummus / Falafel, arancini de queso de setas, papas fritas con 3 salsas, vino y cerveza Galway, todo estaba bien. El pastel belga de mousse de chocolate con sorbete de mango estaba delicioso. No estaban sirviendo pizzas esa noche, lo que fue bastante decepcionante, pero estábamos contentos con lo que comimos.
