14/11/2024: So glad to see quality has bounced back here (after a disappointing meal last time around). A year ago if felt like the downstairs Pins restaurant at the Twelve had fell far in the shadows of the upstairs “West restaurant”. It was as if they had put everything into the West and downstair was suffering, but this time around we were delighted to receive a super tasty meal at the Pins with the renowned friendly and professional service that is expected at this great hotel. All courses were delicious and it’s nice to see that they are not letting the place get tired or dated, lovely new leather couches have been added and the bar itself has been tastefully refurbished. Can’t wait to come back again soon.

31/10/2024: I recently dined at Pinns Restaurant in Twelve, and it was an absolutely fantastic experience! From the moment we walked in, the staff was warm, welcoming, and attentive. The service was impeccable – our server made excellent recommendations and was always nearby if we needed anything without being intrusive. The food was simply outstanding! Every dish was beautifully presented and bursting with flavor. We tried a few different options, and each one was perfectly cooked and seasoned. The chef's attention to detail was clear, and it’s evident they use high-quality ingredients. The atmosphere was cozy yet elegant, making it ideal for a special night out. Whether you're a local or just visiting, I highly recommend Pinns for an unforgettable dining experience. Looking forward to my next visit!
