My Experience I understand that experiences can vary, but unfortunately, mine was quite frustrating due to communication challenges. I placed my order on a Friday evening, expecting updates throughout the process, but here’s how things unfolded: • Monday: No updates. • Tuesday: I followed up without any response. • Wednesday: Still no communication until I insisted on getting a tracking number, which initially lacked the delivery company’s information. • Thursday: The tracking number provided was invalid, leading me to contact the delivery company myself. At this point, I was desperate for clear information or a refund. Thankfully, Eno, the director, stepped in and handled things professionally. He apologized for the earlier miscommunication, provided the correct tracking details, and followed up even after my package was delivered to ensure everything was satisfactory. The items were well-packaged and arrived in good condition, which I appreciated. While Eno’s assistance was excellent and left a positive impression, the initial stress and poor communication were hard to overlook. I hope this feedback helps the business improve its communication processes moving forward.
