Jacobs on the Mall in Cork

We had our staff night out last Saturday and we could not be happier. Staff was so friendly and no ask was too big. Service with a smile. Food was extraordinary! There was 26 of us and to get everyone's food absolutely perfect, not an easy task. Waiters remembered everyone's orders and dietary requirements, not a single mishap. Very very impressive! Will definitely come back and just wanted to say thank you to every single one of you, you are some team! Merry Christmas!

Good European food. We came for dinner in first week of December and thoroughly enjoyed the Christmas menu here. There are options for vegans as well. The desserts were the best. My colleagues enjoyed the steak and duck in particular.

Really nice experience. Fillet steak was fabulous. We had a large group and they looked after everyone really well.

I plan and schedule monthly private dinners with my group of friends in Cork. Most of us loved our food and service was absolutely great, we loved our waiter. One of my friends however had an issue with her pasta, where it tasted overly salty to the point where she couldn’t finish it, we all tried it. Pretty sure something accidentally happened there but she relied on her side dish as her main meal. Otherwise would be back again!

Everything was fabulous from staff, food and atmosphere. Will be back again

This is a wonderful restaurant in downtown Cork that I visited on a local's recommendation. The unique interior, with its high ceilings, was immediately impressive upon entering. Both the shrimp appetizer and the steak entree were delicious.

We had our wedding reception for 120 people in Jacob’s on the Mall, and from our first meeting with Katie to walking out the door when the wedding day was finished, we experienced nothing but stellar service. The venue itself is absolutely stunning, the food was incredible and we had a truly unforgettable day. We wouldn’t change a thing. The staff were exceptional and all our guests have been raving about how great a day it was. Seamless from beginning to end. We can’t thank you enough!

My fav restaurant in cork. Their food is incredibly good, visually appealing and it shows that they have a great kitchen team. The room staff is also incredibly nice, always smiling and attentive to the room and tables. The restaurant itself is a little bubble of peace and why not, art. The price is fair and they could potentially charge more, with this said, not a single dish they offer is bland. Their portion sizes are good and I have never left the restaurant feeling I had room for something else, sometimes even opting out of their desserts. Great wine selection, cocktails and spirits. I'm personally find if their gin mocktail. Jacob in the Mall is a must in Cork and you will regret not dining here.

Visited last night and had a great time. Food is always impeccable and very comfortable place. Only negative is that staff can rush you a little. Other that that it’s a lovely restaurant.
