JC's Takeaway in Skibbereen

I was shopping at SuperValu and was looking for a nice fish and chip shop. I turned my van around and there in front of me saw this take away. Got to say I was greeted by a nice kind young lady who took my order. I had the quarter pounder burger and bacon cheese chips.. don't worry they have a fantastic range of traditional chipper foods. The burgers and fish are fresh and local. The chips are chipped potato not frozen fries. I might just say that the burger was fantastic possibly the best I have had in a long time for sure. I will definitely be visiting again if I get the chance... You should too. Tell them Alan sent you...

Had dinner there the other night and it was one of the nicest chippers I’ve had in years! The food was so good - I had a veggie burger in a brioche bun and it was yum! My partner and baby had fish, chips and mushy peas and he said it was gorgeous and so fresh. The chips are also like proper fresh cut potato’s (the best kind). Not only was the grub tasty out but the service is really amazing. The staff are so friendly, helpful and efficient. Can’t wait to go back again!! Thanks guys 😁
