Truly excellent promenade cafe/restaurant. The chef here is clearly a bit of genius with real passion for great food. This time we had the Dhall again(always amazing) and the chicken schwarma was just from heaven. Staff are friendly and helpful. They are so popular and well deserved !

Worth a cuppa or a breakfast stop before the cliffs and or still along the beach

Classic old world Irish breakfast place. Somewhat small and cramped but that is remedied by the friendliness of the customers at the other tables. Delicious breakfast served at breakneck speed by smiling, jovial young ladies. Highly recommend!

We were there on holiday. We had a salami pizza and tortillas with dips, all topped with melted cheese. The tortillas were nice and warm. There were several layers of cheese between the tortillas, and on top were three different dips, two of each in generous portions. It was very plentiful. The salami pizza was well-topped, and the size was excellent for the price. All in all, we were very satisfied.

We LOVED our two times eating here on a recent campervan holiday. We were recommended it by a local dog walker who we met walking the beach with our puppy as a dog friendly cafe..what a great shout! They provided us with a water bowl and some chicken, and for us the most friendly and welcoming team with a delicious menu. As a vege a lot of Ireland menus have been harder to navigate than I'm used to..lots of chickpea burgers! But Joes has so many great options - we loved it so much during brunch on day 1 that we went back the next day for the lunch menu.
