I had a wonderful meal at this quaint pub located right on the Dingle seafront. I ordered a truly spectacular fish chowder, accompanied by an excellent, expertly poured Guinness. The interior is decorated in traditional Irish style, warm and welcoming. The service was also noteworthy, really fast and efficient despite the place being packed. Highly recommended.

John Benny’s Pub is one of Dingle’s most renowned pubs for experiencing authentic traditional Irish atmosphere. Located opposite the harbor, it combines a pub, restaurant, and traditional music venue in a very welcoming setting.
John Benny’s Pub’s Irish Coffee is often considered one of the must-try pleasures of an evening in Dingle. Generously served, it perfectly blends the warmth of Irish whiskey, the sweetness of coffee, and a thick, typically Irish crema.

Way Better than average pub food. We were at the end of our trip and getting tired of the same menu choices. Everything we ordered the two different times we ate there was unique and well made. And an even better drink selection. The limoncello was 👍🏻👍🏻. Desserts were homemade. From beginning to end, the food was excellent.
Great waitstaff. We really enjoyed our waiter Mark. He went above and beyond to make sure my young son got what he wanted.

Decided to drop in for a meal when in Dingle. Great options for food and drink, including 0.0 and vegetarian.
Do try their Oyster Mushroom Steak if not their Beef and Guinness Stew, the former is just splendid (and might just turn one vegetarian if not vegan). Guinness 0 is on tap however the Dingle Gin with a slice of lime and tonic water hits the spot too.
Had to amend the review to include the Bread and Butter Pudding. It cannot be missed.
Service by John Moriarty was both efficient and hospitable. Some of the best food we have had in the Republic of Ireland. Would recommend dropping in if in the area and hungry (or thirsty).

Had the fish pie and it was great. Nice ambiance and a good looking place. However, I have to agree with another reviewer; solo guests are clearly not desired. I sat at the empty bar and was routinely ignored. Had to ask for a pint, ask if there was food service at the bar, ask for a menu, ask to order, etc.
If you're with a group I'm sure you'll be well taken care of- for solos, there are a plethora of other options in Dingle.

As vegetarians, me and my sister struggled a bit with finding food options in Dingle. We were super happy when we came across this Pub - the Oyster Steak was absolutely incredible and really tasty. If we hadn‘t left after one night, I would have definitely come back! One of the best dishes we had during our stay in Ireland.
