Had the fish pie and it was great. Nice ambiance and a good looking place. However, I have to agree with another reviewer; solo guests are clearly not desired. I sat at the empty bar and was routinely ignored. Had to ask for a pint, ask if there was food service at the bar, ask for a menu, ask to order, etc. If you're with a group I'm sure you'll be well taken care of- for solos, there are a plethora of other options in Dingle.

As vegetarians, me and my sister struggled a bit with finding food options in Dingle. We were super happy when we came across this Pub - the Oyster Steak was absolutely incredible and really tasty. If we hadn‘t left after one night, I would have definitely come back! One of the best dishes we had during our stay in Ireland.

Absolutely amazing food and amazing service! The vegan mushroom steak was absolutely incredible! I was actually a little blown away at how good it was considering it's not a vegan restaurant. Highly recommend! 🤩👌

Looking on Google Maps, we found it hard to pick a place but we were all so glad we got a reservation for John Benny’s. The mussels were the best we tried on our trip around Ireland, the creamy wine sauce was to die for! Everything else was fantastic. The woman serving us had us laughing all evening, overall 10/10 experience!

We stopped into John Benny’s Pub for a late lunch, and it turned out to be an unforgettable experience. The oysters and mussels were incredibly fresh and exquisitely prepared—exactly what you hope for on the Irish coast. The atmosphere was warm and cosy, with traditional Irish music adding the perfect touch to the whole experience. To finish, we had Powers hot whiskeys, which delivered that authentic “fight the cold” Irish feeling in the best possible way. A fantastic spot with great food, great vibes, and genuine Irish hospitality. Highly recommended!

We recently visited this charming pub and felt right at home. The food was delicious, and the best part was that they offered us two bottles of water right from the start. The waiter who served us was super friendly 😊 We loved the whole atmosphere. We'll definitely be back! 🍀🇮🇪💚

Very good service. I was there with my college mates and the they served and looked after us in a very well. Their food is 10/10. Very good atmosphere also. I highly recommend this place.
