Kai in Galway

Had some high expectations visiting Kai. The food was okay, but I wouldn't say Michelin star worthy. The fish was very salty. Staff was very distant and we didn't feel welcome. Won't come back again.

So looking forward to this night in Galway, however we were somewhat disappointed with the overall service. We have given the food a generous 3 stars. Pork chop was nearly cold and the Steak although cooked to a beautiful medium rare was tough to chew, not what you would expect given the recent reviews. We did not feel any connection with the staff, almost dismissed of any connection . I don’t think we will be returning. Price in this case did not match the overall expectations of Kai Galway

Great place for a lovely meal in lovely surroundings. The food is delicious, big serves, leave room for dessert!

So far the best restaurant we’ve been to in Ireland and this is our third week of the vacation. Exceptional!

Amazing lunch, hake Goujons and best velvet cake afterwards

A small restaurant with a tranquil atmosphere in the midst of bustling Galway. It's a high-end restaurant with top-quality ingredients, expertly prepared! The price is justified by the quality. The atmosphere is refined, clean, and the staff are friendly.

Incredible meal!! We loved the way that this restaurant had a refreshed take on Irish ingredients and Galway dishes. Ordered the whole mackerel, cod filet, and raw oysters! Absolutely delish! This spot is not to be missed!!

Really good. Far better than the last visit. The Mexican beef stew was excellent with a really deep flavour. The cakes are always excellent and I am a fan of cloudpicker coffee. Great lunch up there with Ruibin for best lunch spots in Galway.
