There is a comedy bar upstairs and out the back of the bar has an area for bands to play. Good atmosphere in the bar and the there is a good selection of drinks.

I like this pub, good atmosphere, warm and friendly culture. Friendly and helpful staff, always up for a chat. Live on regularly, fantastic outdoor area. Good vibe, great Guinness. Well done Kavanaghs team, luv your work 👍🫶

Best pub in town bar none. Great place to watch sport, listen to live music and have the craic. The staff are also very friendly and the service was excellent. To top it off the pizza is delicious!

05/10/2025: I love the food here but my favorite is the Thai, the service is always good, never had a bad experience. The Sunday carvery is pretty good too,
06/09/2025: Had a nice meal here. I had the nasi goreng which was fine and my wife had what she described as the best chicken burger she'd had in years. Service was quick and friendly.
