There is a comedy bar upstairs and out the back of the bar has an area for bands to play. Good atmosphere in the bar and the there is a good selection of drinks.

Great spot for a few quiet drinks or for a gig! Used to have a lot better gigs but still pretty decent!

Best pub in town bar none. Great place to watch sport, listen to live music and have the craic. The staff are also very friendly and the service was excellent. To top it off the pizza is delicious!

06/09/2025: Had a nice meal here. I had the nasi goreng which was fine and my wife had what she described as the best chicken burger she'd had in years. Service was quick and friendly.

Jeremiah Grant Bar and Eatery

12/09/2025: Very nice guiness, fantastic service and the waiters are very nice
25/08/2025: Today the 25th of August me and my partner visited this restaurant for some classic grub. When we walked in it was very quiet but it makes sense as it is an afternoon on a Monday. Because of how quiet it was we were able to sit whenever we'd like. After exploring the interior we decided to sit in a nice intimate booth that usually sits maximum 5 people. The couch was nice and comfortable, area was clean and well kept. We were served our lunch menu and got one dilute orange and 1 dilute blackcurrent both were served with ice and a fresh lime which was a nice little touch. After browsing through the nice selection my partner settled on a soup of the day which was Basil tomato soup and a buffalo chicken wrap, and myself a "The last meal" which was a steak (i selected medium rare with chips) . Not too long after both dishes came out and we were served. We tried the wrap and soup first, beautiful creamy soup, not too salty and definitely not bland, the wrap was flavourful and mild spicy. The steak however couldve been better, the presentation was decent, and well plated. The tomatoes were juicy and grilled nicely, the chips crispy and seasoned, the onion and mushroom were sauted perfectly again not too salty. However the steak itself tasted like my cultures popular dish Shashlik, the smell of the grill was clear and nice however the steak didn't exactly taste like a steak. But I'm not complaining because I wiped my plate clean and couldve got for a dessert. All n all 29 euro for a steak that tasted nice my partner said he could replicate that taste at home. All n all our server was nice, wasn't pushy, gave lots of room for privacy ♡ in total we spent €46.40 1 thing to note is they have cocktails listed and coffee however the is no mention of any splits or cordials but for anyone wondering our diluted were 1 euro ^^
