Keanes Oyster Bar in

We spent one night here in the lovely and comfortable accomodation. We loved their delicious oysters. Definitely recommend visiting this friendly and welcoming family run business :)

Oysters are fresh and delicious. All the condiments and add ons with bread baskets. Haddock was lovely too. Add this to the long list of 5 star eateries with excellent service and food in Ireland.

Passing through Kilkee, we stopped at this restaurant and bar, a bit hesitant. It turned out to be an excellent choice! The welcome was warm and friendly. The food was spectacular, exceeding our expectations. My partner chose the baked fish of the day, and I chose chicken breast and rice. Both dishes were well-cooked and served with excellent vegetables. I not only recommend it, but I hope to return.

Oh my gosh! This place was incredible! Our server was amazing...the ribs were great and the oysters...oh the oysters were truly outstanding! This was an amazing dining experience.

Warm, cosy, old worldly place. Good food and family run. Every member of the family are so friendly and accomodating. A home from home experience.

I would highly recommend staying here. Just spent 3 nights there and I want to go back again soon. Apartment spotless, everything you need is there but it's the Keane family themselves who are brilliant, so welcoming and friendly, can't do enough for you. Hope to see you all again soon.

Beautiful little old Irish pub/restaurant and accommodation in West Clare. My husband and I with a group stayed for a wedding the night before and two nights after the wedding. The small cottage accommodation beside the pub was lovely, perfect for a group as each room had its own bathroom. Comfortable, clean and cosy. The welcome and service from Aisling and her team/family throughout was second to none. We had dinner in the pub the night before the wedding and breakfast the morning of. The food was hot, plentiful and tasty. The team couldn't do enough to make our stay as comfortable as possible. Great pints of guinness. Great spot if you need a place to stay or good food and a pint of Guinness in a lovely part of the country. Huge thanks to Aisling for looking after us so well and being so welcoming.
