Food was very good, came fast and hot. I recommend to kebab lovers. Great place.

After paying for food, it was a little bit awkward. Could have been more chicken in the kebab and no chilli sauce, which kinda sucked.

McDonalds Restaurant

18/06/2025: Exceptional customer service from Luke today in Ballymena. He took time to check my order and even suggested new items on the menu to try for next time. I don’t come to McDonald’s very often but I think I’ll come back just to be served by him!! 👏

15/06/2025: Just a typical McDonalds not in a good location in Ballymena I’d have given it an extra star if had a better location

15/04/2025: Food was considerably bad this time. It used to be good.. The chicken family box was small and the chicken was not well fried..

05/04/2025: Yummy food. Some very different options. Seated area. Numbers on your receipt are 5 long, could be an easier rotated number. Busy but efficient. Clean and good food.
