Just had a McDonald with my mum it was very busy and there was no tables the staff in the floor couldn’t be any nicer or helpful one came with a seat for my mum and when a table free cleaned it and helped us the the seat would recommend the floor staff

The only reason im marking it down is because of the car park. We got blocked in by a huge queue that had accumulated for the drive thrgh, an absolute nightmare. They really need someone in the car park to sort out the traffic. Very clear signs telling you how to get out of the car park wld help too esp when it is SO chaotic anyway. I wld avoid at all costs in future. The Bangor branch is similar too. The drive thrgh's seem to be creating havoc.

Called for a quick bite to eat while working in area the food was just rammed in bag burger all apart when opened package

Got a order off 3 big tasty....1 no cheese Got Cheese on it!!! In salad just 1 tomato + the juice was half on the order..... 1 Star all around not even refund or order remade. As you can see in picture it has no sos so that part we got right.

Never had anything cold out of here as others have said , but the wait can be really bad sometimes . But for the life of me I have only ever got dips if ordered about 10% of the time . It's infuriating when you ask for the at the box , ask again at the window and then drive off to find they're not there ! Either don't offer them or put them in the order .......😂

Great overall, McDonalds is McDonalds, But The service was just alright and everything else was just fine, I don't mind, But the queues Are insanely Long, It's boring, and please make the WIFI better please.
