Cozy bar with good food, friendly service and live music

This is a lovely brewpub with live music in the heart of Kenmare. My husband had a steak sandwich, and I had baked salmon. The food was excellent, and the music (traditional Irish music this evening) was great. Definitely a good place to come.

Food was great! Extra tables in the back. We had four different entrees and they were all delicious - the toasty, meatloaf, chili chicken sandwich, and a burger. Would definitely eat here again!

Nice place! We stayed for a quick bite and it was very nice. Staff was helpful and the whole place looked very busy. Nice, fresh scones and delicious Murphy's!

A great atmosphere, stunning decor! And having traveled around Ireland for a few weeks before coming here, it's truly a pleasure to taste good beer 👌 The service is fast, with a smile, and the food is excellent for a great price-quality ratio 👍 Thank you 🙏🙏

The food wasn’t bad. I got salmon and mashed potatoes but it wasn’t any different than I could have had at home. There was a guitarist playing music in the corner of the restaurant. People were dancing having a good time. There was a few children nearby so he started playing Baby Shark… I’m out trying to enjoy an evening on the town, why do I have to be forced to hear children’s music in a pub. A few minutes later he started playing The Wheel’s on the Bus Go Round and Round. Okay, I don’t have children but this is when I had to get up and ask for the check. This was extremely family friendly which is great if you have kids, but not great if you’re an adult trying to have a drink. Hearing babies crying throughout the dinner certainly didn’t help things. Go at your own peril.

Stopped in for lunch with my wife, two kids, and older brother. Four of us had the Seafood Chowder with a side salad, and my son had the Tomato Soup. The Chowder and soup came with two slices of delicious bread. Everything was wonderful, including the very friendly service.
