Only had a takeaway coffee The young lady serving was really nice and friendly( was there at 4.45 approx) and the coffee was really good. A nice buzz in the bar .

The seafood chowder is great. Dinner in a bowel full of fish not filled with potatoes and a small bit of fish. Wash it down with a few Guinness and dinner is done.

Lovely place to stop while on the Ring of Kerry. The potato cake was delicious, ribs were tasty, and portions large overall with a few unique beers to try. Highly worth the stop in.

Very good, I would say the best fish and chips, the chowder is amazing, the chicken burger is so-so, we will definitely come back, and we recommend this place.

Davitt's

16/03/2026: Great Sunday roast and very attentive service. The starters were so good we didn’t even get a chance to take a photo before finishing them. Definitely one of the best restaurants in Kenmare!
14/03/2026: After traveling around Ireland for a week, Davitt’s was our unanimous favorite stay, largely due to the boundless hospitality of our host, David. We found Davitt’s to be the perfect place for a good night’s sleep and home base for exploring the Ring of Kerry. We enjoyed our conversations and helpful tips from David at breakfast, where everything we ate was delicious. Highly recommend a visit to Kenmare and particularly this B&B.
