We had a wonderful meal...a lovely evening near the cliffs. Excellent live music.

Have been here a couple of times , the food , the music , and of course the criac are all unbeatable here , my favourite places to go when I’m in lahinch ! And the aul fella in behind the bar always looks after us, Glen is his name I think

One of the best pub grub lunch’s we’ve had in a long time . Figured because we’re near the sea we’ll have to pick the sea food lunch , we weren’t disappointed . Food tasted amazing . Had the Thai style mussels and clams and prawn pot . Great size portions . Staff real friendly , kid friendly . They serve a good Guinness and a wicked good irish coffee . To bonus it off the background music was a Waterboys playlist 👌👌

Really nice pub, very well taken care of, comfortable and with outside tables. The food is gorgeous ❤️ I tried the chicken wings with blue cheese and the fish and chips, DELICIOUS 💕

Visiting from Australia. The service is bloody good. The foods even better. Seafood chowder was the best I've had. Cajun chicken salad was again one of the best I've tasted. Awesome job 👏 👍

15/03/2026: Had a lovely lunch here. Staff very attentive. Food was great with good portions and caters for children also.
04/03/2026: After a long day of walking along the cliffs of Moher, we decided to pop down to lahinch for a late lunch. Here we stumbled upon Danny Macs. Some of us to the daily special (fish chowder and buttered cod.) while the rest had standard menu options. Overall we where quiet surprised by the quality of the ingredients which was pristine, with the Guinness being quite goof as well. All the fish and meat was of high quality. With ribs that came straight off the bone. Everything severed with generous portions. One place which wasn’t as good was the Chips, which where a little undercooked and lacked that needed crunch. As well as one of us would have preferred more seasoning in the burger and for it to be less simple. Also a little too much salad with each dish.

Hugo’s Bakery

27/11/2025: This is a big cold, but they have the best sausage roll in all of Ireland. No greasy, or cheap sausage meat…full of rich flavour and delicious flaky pastry. The Portuguese Pastel de Nata, straight out of the oven was better than any I have had in Portugal…well at least as good as! Great coffee as well! Friendly people!
30/10/2025: Pleasant surprise finding baked goods of such high quality in such a small town, great coffee too!
