It is a wonderful place to stay, located right in the center of everything in Killarney.

Bed was a bit hard, jacuzzi tub is the nicest I've ever had in a hotel. Highly recommend!

My 6th time staying here and what more can I say. The check in process was incredibly quick and smooth with the friendliest reception staff, rooms are nice, clean and cozy. The leisure facilities are very nice. Breakfast was very good and staff were very attentive and helpful. Excellent location and fantastic value. Will definately be back again. :)

Location is perfect, center of town near everything. The staff are wonderful. Can't express more about how they were helpful and lovely. The room was clean and beautiful. Food and drinks were great. Would recommend and will be going back!

What a magnificent hotel staff are wonderful and very obliging. I don't think this fine establishment lacks anything and the swimming pool is first class.

For context, we were staying a night during the storm Eowyn, and the hotel had no electricity or running water for the night and and until about 11am. They handled it with absolute class : we got taken to the Plaza for breakfast, and even granted the spa and pool access there. Late check out, free bottles of water, and a full refund of the night. We completely forgot about the inconvenience and had a wonderful time. True professionals, thank you again

Perfect location with lovely rooms and really nice professional staff.Kitchen chef is just unreal so breakfast is something I'm really highly recomending. On top of everything sauna,stiming room and pool give you a chance to recover to explore surrounding nature. Great experience Kimberly&Andrzej

Fabulous place, with beautiful swimming pool, actually hot sauna, clean rooms with a jacuzzi bath and plenty of hot water. Location is great, and staff is wonderful.
