LA TANA in Cork

02/04/2024: I have been raving about Novecento Pizza for at least 10 years. I reiterate what others have said, it is the best thin base pizza in Cork. The best way to experience it is to have it hot from the ovens at one of the three tables at the back. Basic, rough and ready, but perfect. Add a glass (or bottle) of water or Emotivo Montepulciano to wash it down. The next best way is take-away as long as you live nearby. I stress that your journey time needs to be under 10 minutes, or just eat it in the car out of the box. Third choice is a poor Deliveroo person bicycling uphill for 30 minutes to find you, and you then posting a onestar review! My way of testing a new pizza maker is to have their simple Margarita. If they can produce that as it should be the rest will be ok.

29/03/2024: Lovely pizza with a thin crust, kind staff always, prices are pretty standard, small inside only really suitable for a few people so takeaway is probably your best bet
