Had a lovely coffee and scone. Staff very nice and friendly. Beautiful location

Was there last night for a birthday meal in the booth. gave 5 stars for the room but only used the restaurant. Have stayed in the hotel before so I know it’s great. The Mabel Crawford Bistro is beautiful, fantastic food and even better staff. 10/10 can’t wait to go back

We enjoyed our stay apart from the noise from the corridor and parking lot, fluctuating water temperature and grumpy staff at breakfast.

Great hotel. Friendly staff. Breakfast was one of the best. Comfortable rooms. If I were to criticise the view from our rooms were of stone walls. I would return.

Very pretty location and friendly service. We got in pretty late and left very early the next day so didn’t get much time to enjoy the hotel. We were traveling on our honeymoon and the hotel left us a nice little dessert plate. Really my only complaint was that the room was pretty warm and from what we could see from searching all over the room there was no AC, so we kept the windows open.

We stayed for one night. The room was nice and modern, and the bed was very comfortable. The garden surrounding the hotel was beautiful. I can't say anything good about the breakfast, though. The staff were very dismissive. The food was cold when served.
