We booked a night in Vienna Woods last night through Rory’s Travel Club beautiful hotel with lovely food and service.The only thing was there was an issue with the smoke alarm which we noticed on our arrival we rang reception and they said they were working on it we came back into room at 12 midnight and it went off a few times waking my husband up.
We mentioned the issue at checkout and we received a full refund I honestly wasn’t expecting this and felt a bit guilty I thought we might get a voucher.
We will be back to The Vienna Woods without a doubt.

What a lovely time I had here with friends. All the food was freshly prepared and totally delicious. Service was prompt and we recieved very accurate, and articulate recommendations from the waiting staff. Seasonal desserts were the perfect accompaniment to our mains of ravioli, chicken salad, and a yummy toastie. Toilets were spotless and there is lots of parking very close to the msin door. There was a warm welcome in reception when we arrived. Well done to all the team here on making our Christmas get together so memorable.
Make it your business to come here, I know I will.

We had a very short, but enjoyable stay at this beautiful hotel on Saturday the 2th of November. From start to finish our stay was great, from the company of our own group, to the excellent staff, amazing food, and comfortable and beautifully decorated rooms.
I would highly recommend this hotel, and I hope to have the pleasure of staying in the future.

Had a meal there recently..Food was good but a bit on the exspensive side considering the portion size..The desert was tiny..
Also had drinks at the bar and found the bar very exspensive also

I have never stayed in a hotel where everything was perfect.staff were amazing and so accomadating for a wheelchair user,the food and venue were perfect.we attended a family wedding and everything was amazing,I would love to go back and stay longer.

A little farther out of town than we wanted BUT stayed there our whole visit. Staff was exceptionally helpful and courteous. Fall decorations were lovely.

Während das Hotel wunderschön ist, war das Essen im Mabel Crawfords nicht auf dem gleichen Standard. Während meine Vorspeise und mein Hauptgericht noch sehr gut waren, war das Hauptgericht meiner Freundin entäuschend. Es habdelte sich um den Roast of the day —> Roastbeef. Dieses war durchgebraten und sehr trocken. Geschmacklich auch nicht top. Der auf der Karte eingetragene frische Orangensaft war frisch aus dem Tetrapak. Auch beim Frühstüclk war das Essen alles andere als überzeugend. Lediglich das Personal war sehr nett.
