Mabel Crawford's Bistro, menu in Cork

Very pretty location and friendly service. We got in pretty late and left very early the next day so didn’t get much time to enjoy the hotel. We were traveling on our honeymoon and the hotel left us a nice little dessert plate. Really my only complaint was that the room was pretty warm and from what we could see from searching all over the room there was no AC, so we kept the windows open.

We stayed for one night. The room was nice and modern, and the bed was very comfortable. The garden surrounding the hotel was beautiful. I can't say anything good about the breakfast, though. The staff were very dismissive. The food was cold when served.

The public areas are beautiful. Our room was nice, but small. Bathrooms are impractical. Food in the restaurant was good, but not remarkable. Beware of the weddings! Both nights we were there were very noisy until 2-3am. Management doesn't seem to care

Beautiful hotel on the outskirts of Cork. Walking trail from parking lot. Very quiet. Don't ask for take out containers for your breakfast, not even for coffee!

We had the most amazing wedding at Vienna Woods! From start to finish, everything was perfect. Gordon and Seamus looked after us so well – their attention to detail, warmth, and professionalism made the day completely stress-free. The food was absolutely outstanding, and the service throughout was second to none. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Highly recommended!

The room smells really badly because of the dirty vent. Toilet seat is broken. Toilet seat is dirty on the inside. Alcohol in the bar is very low quality. The view from the room is to the back of the kitchen with garbage bins and vents that smell of food and are very loud. We've stayed in the Superior room, which is one of the top categories in the hotel. But the experience wasn't at all pleasant. The room had a very strong smell of dust, which was coming from the vent. VERY strong smell. So it was almost impossible to stay there. On top of that the view from the "best room category" was facing the back of the hotel where the kitchen is. So what we saw out of the window were garbage bins and kitchen vents which were working all day long really loudly and also smelling of food. I wouldn't even go on with the all yellow toilet seat which is also broken. Overall the hotel leaves an impression of dated, but well preserved, as it is undergoing renovations. But suggesting guests stay in such horrible conditions having paid almost the maximum possible rate is unacceptable. The location is peaceful.
