Mabel Crawford's Bistro, menu in Cork

I attended a wedding here last weekend and it was fantastic. The location, building, decor etc were beautiful and everything was carried out very smoothly. I'm prompted to write the review as I was so impressed by the meal service. The staff were very friendly and joyous, nothing was a bother. I'd like to mention Marcella and her colleague (memory fails me but, I think Katarina?). They waited our table throughout the meal and were superb. Thank you!

Restaurant food not recommended

The rooms we're beautiful in the new extention, my room over looked a flat roof but I didn't care as the room was stunning.

I regularly use the restaurant as it gives very friendly service and consistently excellent lunches at reasonable prices.

Posh, yet accommodating. Great atmosphere, the rooms are top rate, and the bar was happy to have us pull up chairs around the fireplace to chew the fat and have fun. Big Irish breakfast too.

One of favourite places to stay..

Food was excellent! My daughter's dietary requirements were well catered for. Wheelchair accessibility could have been better. The parking spaces were small, the access ramp was blocked by a delivery van. The step at the main entrance could easily be made accessible. The Wheelchair toilet was located too far away from the restaurant.

4-star hotel of incredible refinement, spotless room and very comfortable bed. Everywhere there are tasteful furnishing accessories. The breakfast is amazing with the possibility of ordering a typical Irish breakfast and continuing with the continental buffet. Highly recommended

We booked a night in Vienna Woods last night through Rory’s Travel Club beautiful hotel with lovely food and service.The only thing was there was an issue with the smoke alarm which we noticed on our arrival we rang reception and they said they were working on it we came back into room at 12 midnight and it went off a few times waking my husband up. We mentioned the issue at checkout and we received a full refund I honestly wasn’t expecting this and felt a bit guilty I thought we might get a voucher. We will be back to The Vienna Woods without a doubt.

Regular visitor to the hotel over the years , usually when in Cork for meetings. Such a lovely place to stay- quiet, classy and comfortable
