I had a great experience at Istanbul Restaurant! The staff are very respectful, lovely, and the service is really fast. I ordered the Half Pounder Burger, and it was absolutely perfect! And the other day i bough donner , The lamb, chicken, and everything else tasted fresh and delicious. You can really tell they use fresh ingredients. Definitely recommend this place

Best food ever I have a gorilla

We visited on a busy Saturday night, when town was crawling with people. I have gluten intolerance and was absolutely starving, so I explained what I can and can't eat. The gentleman behind the till at Istanbul really listened to me and explained that the chicken kebab meat was gluten free, but that he couldn't guarantee the chips or lamb were safe. I really appreciated that he knew what was safe and took my allergy seriously. Within 5 minutes, I had a BEAUTIFUL big box of chicken kebab meat with mixed salad and sauces, it was fantastic. Perfectly cooked and so tasty. I'll definitely be back, the staff were kind and the food was great.

Stopped in for a quick meal while touring Cork. The food was quick, cheap, and delicious! The portions were very generous. The staff was friendly. If you want Middle Eastern style food or a quick bite, this is a great stop.

Best grub in town for a quick pop in and out or sit down if you’re looking for a kebab. So fresh and tasty. All the lads in there are nice and helpful. For the amount of customers that are in there they are so quick with every order. Would recommend rather than other spots in the city

The bread is absolutely spectacular! Fresh, warm and incredibly delicious. Definitely one of the highlights of the meal!
