Marcello's in Cork

I'm Italian. Been living in Ireland for 9 years and everytime i wanted to eat Italian i had to do it myself. This is the first time i had authentic Italian food! The Pasta and risotto are amazing and well made! The antipasto is amazing, feels like a little piece of Italy in Ireland. I will be back for more!

I'm an Italian girl who's been living in Cork for a couple of months. After a long time, I was craving some real Italian food, and this restaurant made me feel right at home. The food was delicious, the staff were welcoming and friendly, and the place was wonderful. Congratulations, I'll be back often!

Had dinner at Marcello’s and it was honestly one of the good Italian meals I’ve had in a while. The bruschetta was rich and flavorful, the spinach pasta main course was excellent, and of course, the tiramisu stole the show , easily the highlight of the evening. Great food, cozy vibe, and definitely worth a visit. The best service , food and ambience. Penne Arabiatta is fantastic. This place is vegan and gluten free friendly. Staff is so good and welcoming . Had the best Arancini and Bruschetta for starters. Dessert quantity is really satisfying

I made a reservation through WhatsApp for 2 people. They gave me a massive round table at the entrance of the restaurant, I asked if they had another table available for 2 people, the manager said no. But there’s was clearly a free table for 2 down the back. I spend my whole meal with deliveroo and Uber eats drivers next to me and people waiting for their tables. I could barely hear my girlfriend speak as the table they gave me was too big for 2 people and the delivery drivers were watching videos very loudly next to me. The food was ok, nothing special.

Muy decepcionado, esperábamos algo mejor dadas todas las grandes críticas aquí. El pan de ajo estaba anémico, no creo que viera una parrilla o una tostadora. La morenita de tomate era tan sosa. Tenía el tagliatelle de trufa, literalmente mantequilla con trufa. No pude terminarlo, mi marido tenía carne con salsa de trufa, su carne tenía un sabor raro, dijo "fuera". Muy decepcionante visita.

Familia encantadora - lugar agradable en el pueblo. Deliciosa y abundante comida, preparada con amor! Un menú largo y otro vegetariano aparte con un montón de opciones. Gran elección de vino e incluso prosecco en el grifo! También un buen lugar para pre-noche - bebidas fuera!
